Placed an order on 08/08/24, was told it was shipped on 09/08/24. Still haven't received it, I emailed to ask what was happening, took 8 days to reply with the brilliant response of here's your tracking order,which shows it hasn't moved in 19 days 🤷

I accidentally ordered 2 carhartt t-shirts instead of one, got in contact with them to sort this mistake was very fast response time and very helpful sorted the issue for me and my t-shirt arrived next day. Very good service!

Ordered some clothes from this site as a 1st time user. I had no confirmation of dispatch or delivery via emails. Had to chase them asking where my delivery was and was told I would be refunded for the delivery costs and they would dispatch again. I finally received them, found some clothes were too small so had to return some items. No returns label, and nothing in place for returns. Had to print out a returns label, fill it in myself and repost which cost almost £10. And I also haven’t received my initial refund of delivery costs which I was told I would get. Wouldn’t recommend using this company at all

Not sure why I used this company again after the lack of correspondence and a ‘lost delivery’ but I did, and SHOCK HORROR! It happened again. £150 order, zero response to any emails

Top value for money! had a great experience with the staff when ordering online and when I bought online my items came quicker then expected, great store overall!

Ordered 5 items, got 4 delivered. Emails ignored for a long time until I finally got someone to come back to me a month ago offering a refund or the product, asked for the product and was told it would be shipped same day. Another month on no product and no reply to any emails.

Authenticity is very questionable.

Would not recommend buying anything from this company. The process of buying and receiving items was fine. However the website is not great in terms of giving you more information on sizes. This meant 2 of the shirts I'd ordered didn't fit and had to be sent back.

There's no pre paid option/process for returns. This means printing off their form and paying to have to send the items back yourself. Having sent the items back to them nearly 4 weeks ago I have not received any refund.

After being ignored initially I've had to chase this with further emails to ask for it. I did then get a reply asking for a tracking number. However I've not heard anything back since. The company has now stopped replying to any emails I send asking for an update. There is no other contact option given on the website.

It appears they have no intention of refunding me for the items I sent back to them at additional cost to me. They haven't had the decency to tell me this though. They have just decided to ignore my emails it would seem.

Ordered two t-shirts, received a t-shirt that smelled badly of body odour and was of questionable authenticity (had a spelling mistake on the label - the word training spelled TRAINNG) and a polo shirt that I didn't order.

I returned both items and requested they cancel one part of the order and send me the t-shirt I ordered. I have this same t-shirt in different colours ordered from Carhartt themselves in a size medium. The size medium they sent me was more like an XS - again making me question the authenticity of their items.
Couldn't be bothered at this time to even send it back so just binned it.

Definitely avoid.

The money left my account on Monday 1st July.

I have yet to receive a confirmation email or my item.

The only negative point it was that I didn't receive an email confirmation. However, they informed me that it was a website issue. Anyway, everything it was perfect.

Bought a couple of carhartt bits recently. Rapid delivery and amazing service. Will defo buy again!

Absolute joke!! On my last two orders I’ve received emails saying “out of stock” then they don’t respond. Take your money don’t give you the product and then ignore you. How can they run like this? Embarrassing!!

*11 days and no return of payment, have had to instruct my bank to seek the finances back. Really poor customer service from this company. Quite simply I would advise anyone to think twice prior to ordering.

Update:

You did refund my money but still no reason for not sending my order, other than blaming Evri. I have an account with Evri that shows when my address has been allocated a parcel, you didn't send it. You took my money and didn't send parcel, your customer service was weak. You didn't offer to resend? Is it because you didn't have what you sold to me? Please explain, why didn't I get my order?

First time I’ve used this site. Item returned almost one month ago and still no refund. Initial email exchanges stated 5-7 days but now they have stopped replying completely. Still unsure whether my refund has been processed. Shocking customer service and poor communication! Avoid!!

Brought from here a few times now, good clothes and quick delivery, can’t go wrong.
