“Carhartt” hat is poor quality and…
“Carhartt” hat is poor quality and almost certainly fake. Size is for a child not adult. Purchased 11/09/24 but had to leave country for work so only opened parcel today (25/10/24) to discover cap beak isnt curved (flat and out of proportion) and hat itself is comically misshapen and didn’t fit an adult head. Stitching and labels all wonky. I see they have previous for selling fakes. Do not use! Obviously I’m outwith the return window so lesson learned.

We can assure you all our items our genuine as we only buy old season stock bought from authorised stockist’s and factory overstocks from cancelled orders with sanctioned release or surplus stocks from the brands themselves. Buying stock this way does occasionally lead to seconds or faulty stock being sold to us, even though we do not intentionally purchase damaged goods.
We do apologies if you have received a faulty item and would happily refund you for this faulty product.

I ordered 3 items of clothing on the 29th September and it stated 4 to 5 days delivery but tracking info hasn't updated since and items not dispatched. I have emailed on the 3rd and the 6th asking the progress with my order and I still haven't had a response. This is awful customer service and something that seems to be common looking at the other reviews. I have used rainy days in the past with no issues so not sure what has gone wrong but just reply to my 3 emails. You have taken payment and I haven't received what I ordered and it's over 7 days without any change in the status of my order.

Sell fake items, sends wrong items poor poor company
I have amended my review as the returns process was very good. They admitted there mistake that the items were not of quality. They accepted and offered me full refunds for everything
I do however remain a lower review due to the fact the items that are being sold are clearly not legitimate items and people need to be aware.

because we have also stated that we will refund your return postage once the item is delivered back to us
Do not trust this company. They will charge you and ignore you
Placed an order on 20/09 and am still waiting 10 days later. I have been charged, but have not received any sort of tracking or notification to say if the order has been sent. I have checked my junk and there is nothing there either.
I have sent three separate emails during this time to info@therainydays asking where the order is and they have completely ignored them. If somebody reading this could please get in touch that would be great, as I would prefer not to go through the hassle of contacting the bank.
Update: Rainy days did eventually contact me and provide me with a refund, after confirming that Evri had lost the parcel. After reading a lot of the other reviews, I assumed that this was a scam website, but it appears they were not at fault on this occasion. It took longer than I would have wanted, but at least we got there in the end.

the item was purchased Saturday the 21st
item sent Monday 23rd, tracking was given Tuesday morning via email which, if you took time to look at it would confirm that the item was dispatched Monday, this customer has not only demanded a refund for the item, he has told us he will refuse the delivery unless we refund his entire order plus postage. he has also threatened to take us to trading standards over this?
is this customer trying to scam us??? he wants a refund before he's received the parcel, the fact he's is saying we have ignored his emails, is comical as we've had 14 email exchanges with him, check out his profile "unhappy customer" with 8 reviews. trust pilot are you taking this seriously. As stated in our policies "Any order that delivery has been attempted and has been refused at the door will be exempt from our returns policy," Of course we are not going to process you refund!! You can get trading standards involved as you refused the delivery we are not scamming anyone and we are not ignoring you

we do apologise as the Evri parcel said it was delivered on the tracking, Which you then stated it was not there and you did not receive it.
We then sent another parcel out for you on the 17th which was delivered on the 19th which you also stated you did not receive the parcel.
You have now been refunded the full amount as we cannot keep sending parcels out for them to get lost, we understand this is not your fault and Evri is at fault
Everything was good
Thought I'd try again with an order and everything went great. Sent out and delivered within a few days.
