USB-C charging is a small thing but a good one, already got the cables lying around so nothing unusual to keep track of.

Everything's built into the one device so I'm not juggling three different gadgets anymore and it sits nicely beside the bed too.

Don't have to run everything at full strength which I appreciate! Gentle massage, a bit more heat, ems adjusted to how I'm feeling. Good flexibility for something this size!

I'll admit I ordered, then panicked I'd been had as the parcel hadn't shown after a few days. Dropped them a message and they tracked it down straight away, turned out it was sat at my local depot. It arrived the next morning. They couldn't have been more patient with me. Restored my faith a bit.

I was very disappointed with my purchase as it arrived in a very battered box with no packing but the team at Theraneck. Although they couldn’t do anything about it, we’re very considerate and understanding

Got this for my dizzy spells but the surprise bonus has been my sleep. I use it before bed and I drop off far easier than I used to. Two birds one stone as they say.

If you get that awful spinning feeling rolling over in bed, you'll know how miserable it is!!! This has calmed it right down after about a fortnight. Can finally sleep on my left side again.

Honestly wasn't expecting much it's helped no end

The item could do with being a bit more comfortable on the neck,its very hard/solid,also there are no instructions how it operates except for few bits on box,instructions needed.Apart from that it does help neck.

The company service and aftercare is first class making it a very positive experience. I have emailed for help several times, received quick responses and very helpful advice. I’m still evaluating the TheraNeck massager -
some days I think it has really helped but then the next day I backslide. It is intended that the massager is used consistently every day but, owing to unforeseen circumstances, I have not been able to do this so it has not had a fair test yet. Watch this space. If it turns out to be as effective as the backup I will be a very happy bunny!

The product is fantastic but unfortunately it didn’t suit my condition and when I tried to get my 30 days money back guarantee it took nearly three weeks.
Must say that Monica that was dealing with my situation was first class and kept chasing my refund on a regular basis.

Very well made device and making good, if slow progress. Find must use every day but no bothered if it does the job.

From the first moment I used it I knew it was going to be beneficial. I have a condition called cervical spondylosis which affects the upper spine and neck. Theraneck is not a cure but gives me daily relief.
