It seems to be doing the job so far so good quite relaxing at the same time

The communication and time it took to arrive could have been better, but the actual product is very good. I have had problems with my neck for a long time, this and other treatments ( therapy ) have improved it more than I ever expected.

This is a very good product; does exactly what it says. My husband persuaded me to buy a Theraneck. I didn't think that it would have an effect on my particular balance issue, but it definitely has.

It’s easy to operate and fits comfortably on my neck and it’s effective to use. Also relieves the neck stiffness, very well.

Was apprehensive about purchasing this item .even so took me a while to use it after I bought it ..however it's a great piece of kit and I use it every Morning and after 6 weeks I'm virtually free of any dizziness etc . ❤️‍🩹

I had a little trouble with delivery but the help I received was unbelievable I was answered within minutes and the problem was sorted very quickly I was well impressed

I love that it’s rechargeable so no cord and can be used anywhere. It’s very compact so it’s easy to store. I haven’t been very consistent using it due to circumstances but can certainly feel the benefit when I do.

Does the job, no complaints. Would buy again.

Product good and does ease stiffness and pain

You can purchase this same product a lot cheaper, also you can't get a full refund as they keep offering you a percentage of the amount until you get fed up sending emails.

I have really felt the benefits of this gadget though the wave mode doesn’t seem to work when I have been using it…

Terrible customer service, arrived in thin damaged box. No branding what so ever on the product or box, could have been any make . Tiny instructions with no health warnings. Contacted company same day , I wanted to return but they only offered part refund. Would not recommend .

Did find effective in relieving neck problems. Casing could be bit more padded as hard case can be uncomfortable.

Help relieve neck pain and tension.

I have been treated by my osteopath for over 40 years after having had a horse riding accident which crushed part of my spine She has always said my light headedness and feeling of being drunk came from the muscle at the base of my neck. When I saw your TheraNeck I thought I should try it I have spent so much money on gadgets so did not hold my breath with this one
I cannot tell you how pleased I am. First time in over 2 years I feel almost normal. Not light headed, not feeling drunk every day and not scared of turning round quickly. It is the best thing ever. I showed my osteopath and she was so thrilled for me as it had loosened the muscles quite a lot If anyone out there is suffering from similar symptoms please do buy a Thera neck

This is amazing. I’m so pleased I convinced myself to buy it. The only minor negative was it took quite a long time to arrive. However, that’s out of control of the supplier and manufacturer so I give us a five star rating.

Use it every day feel a lot better after use would recommend it to everyone

Felt No benefit from Theraneck whatsoever

Easy to order having done some research, arrival a bit slower than I hoped but loved it once I started using it. I'd been ill and had lost my balance suddenly plus I had a really sore neck.
