Deteriorating quality of services

Deteriorating quality of services. Rude staff and health and safety of customers not given priority especially if you have allergies.

The company is constantly pressuring to forfeit sessions, takes no accountability and may choose to not offer you service and then blame you, waste your time as well as not issue any refunds or give you your sessions.

Wise decision will be to go elsewhere, anywhere! Save your time, effort, mental peace and resources! Avoid at all costs.

Rude staff, lie a lot; customer service does nothing but keep saying they understand. Do not pre-pay offer sessions as you may loose most of it and the company will come up with excuses to force you into loosing the sessions.

Definitely low with standards.

Complaint closed without providing any proof

Absolutely unacceptable way to handle a customer complaint.

I repeatedly asked them to provide clear proof showing where, at the time I purchased the promotion, it stated that legs, bikini and underarms were excluded from the treatment.

I provided screenshots and even a screen recording to support my complaint. Despite this, they never provided the proof I specifically asked for.

Instead, their final response was simply that their “position remains unchanged”, that they consider the matter “closed”, and that they will no longer enter into any further correspondence with me.

So rather than answering a very simple question and providing evidence to support their position, they have chosen to stop responding altogether.

If the exclusions were clearly stated when I purchased the promotion, why is it so difficult to provide proof of exactly where they were displayed?

Closing a complaint and refusing further correspondence does not answer the customer’s questions or resolve the issue.

Extremely disappointing customer service and complaint handling. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Couldn’t have asked for more

I was so nervous walking in for my first session, but Kristina completely changed that. She’s incredibly patient and caring, always checking how I’m doing, and she helped me get past my self-consciousness in a way I really didn’t expect. I trust her completely with my treatment and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Result wasn’t what I was after

I had my Botox done (3 areas). I wasn’t very happy with the results after 2 weeks so went for my review. During my review, I received a top up but it was quickly evident to me that it wasn’t enough and the final effect still wasn’t what I wanted to achieve. I decided to email Therapie. While I did receive an initial response that I’m welcome to pop back in, I never heard back when I wanted to pencil in a time. I have now followed up 3 times and been ignored each time.

Overcharged and no response to complaint

I have been using Thérapie for Botox injections for several years, and have always rated the treatments.

However, on my most recent visit, I was upsold an annual subscription which I signed up to, after I enquired if I had any outstanding credit on my previous purchase of a 3 treatment package, and was told I didn’t.

To my surprise, when I checked my account this week, I found that the third treatment was still remaining to be used, and will expire in October, meaning I have no chance to use this around the annual subscription.

I am now £200 out of pocket and have emailed twice with a complaint, and haven’t even received acknowledgement of that complaint.

Avoid this place at all costs

I wasn’t understanding the bad reviews about this clinic until today.
I spent a lot of money at this place and signed up for the subscription. I struggled a lot to reschedule my appointment because the app does not let you amend it within 24 hours. Nobody answers the phone and no one replies to emails.
I missed the appointment, and once I finally managed to speak with someone, they told me the appointment had been taken out of my account. So I paid for months for this appointment, and now they will not give me the product? That is insane.
I will never set foot in that place again, and for everyone I recommended it to, I will make sure to tell them about this experience.
And yes, if you are reading this, do not come close to this place. I have also left good reviews in the past, and they now need to be taken down. Awful experience.

My Prepaid Treatments Disappeared Without Warning

I paid for these laser therapy sessions out of pocket. I was never warned that the sessions I had paid for had an expiration date or that they could be cancelled. I received no emails, SMS messages, phone calls, or any other notifications regarding a deadline for using them.

During that period, I was pregnant and subsequently breastfeeding. Since laser treatments are not recommended at such times, I could not safely continue the course of treatment. As soon as I was able to resume the procedures, I logged into my account and discovered that all my remaining paid sessions had disappeared.

I consider it unfair to deprive clients of services they have already paid for without any warning. Had I been notified that the sessions were about to expire, I would have contacted the clinic to discuss my situation.

I've had an excellent experience at…

I've had an excellent experience at this clinic. It's on the cheaper end of things for laser hair, but I think the experience has been just as good as I would have found elsewhere (and indeed somewhere pricier). I was slightly unsure due to somewhat mixed reviews online, but after 5 sessions (out of scheduled 10), I've seen fabulous results (bikini, legs and underarms). Shyane has been the most incredible clinician, I've been really lucky to be treated by her because she's extremely attentive, makes sure to cover the full area with the laser, and is very kind and gives good advice about aftercare. I am now practically bald (!) on my underarms, and have lost about 60-70% of the hair elsewhere, and I still have another 5 sessions to go. I'd really recommend this clinic, and Shyane in particular.
