Excellent and Patient Support
I had a great experience. The representative was patient, professional, and took the time to walk me through each step, especially the parts of the process that were not clear to me. Great customer service
Great customer service! Lots of functionality, but still working on their client portal and data tracking functionality. Gold standard for small and mid-size practices, but once you get over 30 clinicians they lack some functions that you will need to add-on elsewhere.
However, their personal communication and willingness to hear feedback regarding new products/suggestions is a big plus. In addition, their AI note-writing support is a great addition.
