My support member Danielle was so patient and kind. Very knowledgeable on all the questions I had (I had a lot over two calls) the system itself seems excellent, all encompassing and truly the easiest to navigate out of all the systems I’ve used over 17 years in practice. Also wonderful you have one person helping you throughout the journey as opposed to different people each time. I whole heartedly recommend TherapyNotes to clinicians, novice and veteran.

I love Therapy Notes! It is very user friendly & their representatives are always happy to help & they send email summaries after each call for easy reference later if needed.

I made the switch from a different practice software to TherapyNotes 2 years ago after much dread in facing the transition. I am SO glad I did. The layout is intuitive, user friendly. TherapyNotes is a much better option than what I used before for a MUCH better value. But the best part is that the customer service is impeccable. They are thorough and seem to really care. I was unable to remove a second account that was set up for notes in Therapy Fuel. I was able to delete the second account! I found Ben to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. This kind of assistance sets therapy notes ahead of other companies.

I've been using TherapyNotes for about 6 years and I love it. I used SP when I was also with a group practice and TN is SO much better. Very intuitive and their customer service is amazing. I've had many, many calls where they walked me through billing/insurance stuff step by step while being so supportive and understanding of me needing a lot of help. Can't rave enough about them.

I chose TherapyNotes after my supervisor recommended it, and it has been a great fit for starting my solo private practice. The pricing felt economical and manageable, but what mattered most to my ADHD brain was the simple, minimal, and user friendly layout. It did not feel overly complicated or jazzed up like some other leading platforms.

Another deciding factor was the customer support, and it continues to be one of the main reasons I am so glad I chose TherapyNotes. I can email with a question and receive a quick response, or call when I need immediate help troubleshooting an issue. Their team has even helped me solve a problem in real time while I was working with a client. Some of the features may not feel as trendy as those offered by other platforms, but that was not my priority. I wanted affordability, a clean and easy to navigate layout, reliable billing functions, and excellent customer service. TherapyNotes has delivered on the things that matter most to me.
