Calls are addressed by a human. There is no long wait. The answers provided are helpful and address my needs. I have not experienced any communication difficulties with those who assist me.

TherapyNotes staff is available and willing to help in any situation. You normally wait under 2 minutes to talk to the person you need to speak to. They have answered so many questions for me and never made me feel inferior for not knowing how to do something.

It's a great platform. My biggest complaint about TherapyNotes is the delay in synching calendars. However, the customer support has always been very helpful and addressed any issue that ever arose.

I did not know the requirements or how to go about coming into compliance with PCI. Katelyn patiently walked me through every step as a bumped my way around and she guided me every step of the way until all questions were answered and I had confirmation of full compliance. I was SO grateful for her knowledge, understanding and patience. A+++!!
