I received an email that my merchant account was out of compliance but felt overwhelmed by the sheer number and complexity of the compliance questions. Therapy Notes tech helped me immediately and brought my account into compliance within minutes! Every time I’ve called for tech support they have been super friendly, professional, and fast!

I closed my solo practice and joined a group practice. TherapyNotes is the EHR for both. TherapyNotes made it easy for me to transfer Clients and different types of documentation to the new practice. TN provided written guidance with exact procedures for me to back-up, save or transfer different types of documentation ensuring that everything remained HIPAA compliant. Then guided me how to close the solo practice within the EHR. One of the biggest selling points that brought me into the new practice was the use of TherapyNotes as the EHR. I declined a job offer from a different practice because they used a different EHR that I had used in the past that was a misery to use.

Despite my many, many questions, I was treated with respect and dignity. I was impressed with D'Anna E.'s incredible patience and professionalism. She is a definite asset for therapy notes and she helped resolve issues that I could not. Lol

The support I received was phenomenal! The agent knows the system inside and out and patiently walked me through a complicated issue. Other EHRs only communicate through emails and take more time to resolve issues. This experience is why I appreciate Therapy Notes.

Support always picks up right away, the individuals are helpful and knowledgeable and strive to help in anyway they can.

I’ve tried numerous EHRs. This has been the most responsive customer service team, easiest EHR to use, and documentation compliant software I’ve ever used (and I’ve tried A LOT). I could have saved my past self so much time and energy had I know about TherapyNotes before. The support may be my favorite part. I’ve gotten great help when I’ve called in the past, but today, I emailed and was surprised to find that I was helped just as quickly as if I had called. That is priceless. You live and learn.

TherapyNotes has been supportive 100% all the way in starting my private practice. They are available 24 hours a day and are able to guide me through billing, ERA's and staying up to date with treatment plans. They are highly competent as well as courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone starting their MH practice!

We've used Therapy Notes since 2012 and they have the best customer service! They are always friendly and helpful and there is never a long hold time. My issue was resolved with one phone call and they stayed on the line until we were sure it worked . They always follow up with an email to make sure everything is okay. I can't say enough good things about them.

I worked with Kelsie P, Customer Success Representative today for close to one hour. She was so patient and calm throughout the entire experience. It is very stressful trying to manage admin questions for insurance companies as a therapist in private practice with no personal staff. Autumn was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with my questions, and I appreciated her willingness to explain things in an unhurried manner. She took the time to guide me through how to resolve an issue, and identified a possible solution for a customizable intake packet option, which would be very helpful for preventing unwanted documents (such as the AI consent form) from being included or sent to clients (for clinicians who are not consenting to use AI with clients). I greatly appreciated Autumn's support, and am hoping that we are able to get a customizable intake packet option.

I’ve been a therapist for a lot of years. I’ve used several EHR providers but I have to say that TherapyNotes is by far the best! From simplified form fill, to available online assessments, integrated billing and credit card processing, it’s the all in one platform. Their customer service is excellent: they respond quickly and are always helpful. 5 stars plus!

I called Support for a quick question and the support person who helped me was very knowledgeable about the platform they were representing. Additionally, the support person communicated effectively. Her tone was professional and friendly.
