Good customer service even when things are not quite right, everything is dealt with very fairly, with no bad taste.

Terrible cheap rubbish
Terrible cheap rubbish. Screws keep coming out and then they just snapped in half as I was cleaning the lenses. Never had such poor quality crap in my life and no reply to my email from them. !!!!AVOID!!!!! !!!!AVOID!!!!! !!!!AVOID!!!!! !!!!AVOID!!!!!

I also emailed to see if all was well and to ask if you were now happier and full of understanding but you havnt replied , oh well I did my best 😀

However, an after sales follow up call from the company re-imbersed me in full without any preamble whatever.
Good after sales service is as important to me as quality produce and, with that in mind, I would give The reading glasses 5 stars.
