A really good experience with The Real Estate Group. Aaron was efficient, quick at responding and getting the survey booked in. He called after leaving the property, gave me a run through of his findings over the phone and sent the report over to next morning. He was really thorough and the turn around time was amazing. Aaron was extremely helpful and informative, as well as being professional throughout. It was very quick and straightforward booking the survey and once it was complete I got a phonecall from Aaron to go over any issues highlighted.

Aaron Daniel was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. He acted quickly when we decided on getting a Home Buyers just before exchange and fitted us in that same week after having a cancellation elsewhere. Aaron called me straight after to discuss and had no issues with having to repeat himself to my partner!
Full report was received next working day, which meant as buyers we did not cause a huge delay in exchanging.

Level 2 Survey Report
I had a Level 2 Survey Report conducted by The Real Estate Group(they were recommended to me). I found the report to be extremely detailed, highlighting the internal and external factors to take into consideration.
The report was extremely easy to understand; using the traffic light system. After reviewing the documentation, I was able to discuss in more depth any areas I needed with The Real Estate Group. I would strongly recommend them to other people, which I have done so.
