What a great and professional company. I ordered a bag for my boy, who is in law school, and just after I ordered it was told he found one in the city and bought it for himself already. I inquired about cancelling my order fearing that I would have to just wait for it to arrive and then return it. However, the team was so wonderful with putting the order on hold until I could verify that he really did get another one and then with cancelling it once I made that verification. I can’t wait to order something else from the Real Leather Company that he will be able to use! Thank you Anne and the Real Leather Company!!

Rigelle answered all of my emails promptly and clearly and reached out to me with updates, which eased my concern. A couple of points for your managers and CEO:
Please stop flooding potential customers with constant emails and newsletters. A top-quality product attracts people on its own, you don’t need to harass them with promotions and emails every two days. Your product’s quality speaks for itself.
Regarding delivery lead times, if you can’t guarantee them, please don’t display them. It is very frustrating for customers when expectations are set and then not met, it damages trust and credibility.
Anne, you are the last line of defence for your company, and you hold that position brilliantly. In the end, the business makes money because of the product, and because of you. Nothing else. Marketing alone means nothing if customer service isn’t there to back it up.
Thank you again, Anne. I’m sure I will buy something else from your company sooner or later, because I love the product, and your outstanding service.

I worked closely for the last several weeks with Anne at The Real Leather Co., and I was pleasantly surprised how responsive, supportive, and helpful she was throughout the whole process, even thanking me for being responsive and helpful on my end. I took advantage of the company's 30-day return policy and wanted to exchange a bag I got as a gift for another one, and Anne stepped me through shipping back my old bag and selecting and shipping out my new one, keeping me informed at each step of the process including when they had received my old bag, completed inspection of it, when an invoice for the price difference in the new bag was sent out, and when my bag was finally shipped and delivered. They even offered a discount such that the price difference between the two bags was minimal. And the new bag looks great and works much better for my needs. Would highly recommend and had a flawless customer service experience.
