What a great and professional company

What a great and professional company. I ordered a bag for my boy, who is in law school, and just after I ordered it was told he found one in the city and bought it for himself already. I inquired about cancelling my order fearing that I would have to just wait for it to arrive and then return it. However, the team was so wonderful with putting the order on hold until I could verify that he really did get another one and then with cancelling it once I made that verification. I can’t wait to order something else from the Real Leather Company that he will be able to use! Thank you Anne and the Real Leather Company!!

Rigelle and the founder were so good to…

Rigelle and the founder were so good to work with. Customer service was fantastic and the products out of the world good. You can look all over for a business to buy leather products from as I did. I landed here because everything on my consumer bucket list was fulfilled.

Successful return and refund

I needed to return a bag because it was larger than I had expected. It was beautiful and of high quality but just too large. It took a few weeks to do the return and get the refund, but throughout the process I was helped hugely by Rigelle, a member of the support team. Rigelle answered all of my emails promptly and clearly and reached out to me with updates, which eased my concern. Because of my experience with Rigelle and because of the quality of the leather, I definitely recommend Real Leather Company.

Efficient Customer Service
Rigelle was very helpful. Although I could not receive a replacement strap due to being out of warranty, Rigelle helped me get a hardware replacement to alleviate the issue.

Love my bag!!

Anne is amazing. She's honestly as cool as the bag I received. I had a lot of pre-sale questions and she answered every single one of them, and then some.

The bags are very high quality and look great. The customer service is very professional and timely. Anne, specifically, was responsible for helping me through my return process, and she was very friendly, responsive, and helpful the whole time. I’d highly recommend shopping at this store!

Great Communication

Best customer service ever, Thank you Anne

Despite the delay, the parcel arrived, and in perfect condition. Well done on the product; it looks great and I love it. On the customer service side, you have done an exceptional job, Anne. I think it’s important to highlight this: it is thanks to you that I was able to wait three weeks for my parcel and still trust in the legitimacy of your company. Thank you, Anne, you are amazing.

A couple of points for your managers and CEO:

Please stop flooding potential customers with constant emails and newsletters. A top-quality product attracts people on its own, you don’t need to harass them with promotions and emails every two days. Your product’s quality speaks for itself.

Regarding delivery lead times, if you can’t guarantee them, please don’t display them. It is very frustrating for customers when expectations are set and then not met, it damages trust and credibility.

Anne, you are the last line of defence for your company, and you hold that position brilliantly. In the end, the business makes money because of the product, and because of you. Nothing else. Marketing alone means nothing if customer service isn’t there to back it up.

Thank you again, Anne. I’m sure I will buy something else from your company sooner or later, because I love the product, and your outstanding service.

Terrific, Responsive Customer Service

I worked closely for the last several weeks with Anne at The Real Leather Co., and I was pleasantly surprised how responsive, supportive, and helpful she was throughout the whole process, even thanking me for being responsive and helpful on my end. I took advantage of the company's 30-day return policy and wanted to exchange a bag I got as a gift for another one, and Anne stepped me through shipping back my old bag and selecting and shipping out my new one, keeping me informed at each step of the process including when they had received my old bag, completed inspection of it, when an invoice for the price difference in the new bag was sent out, and when my bag was finally shipped and delivered. They even offered a discount such that the price difference between the two bags was minimal. And the new bag looks great and works much better for my needs. Would highly recommend and had a flawless customer service experience.
