Very poor quality
Edit: I reached out to Reformation about my issue and we very quickly found a great solution, so the costumer service was really great. They refunded me and there were no problems with them at all.
I bought two pieces from Reformations final sale section, the Beba silk two piece set and Ezlynn knit top. Unfortunately both items was a huge disappointment. The Beba silk two piece set is probably the most expensive silk pieces I have ever bought but the worst quality I only wore the skirt for one event for a few hours and I’m used to wearing silk and therefore very careful with my items but you can barely touch the skirt and a stain or lose thread will appear. Also, the top of the set is lined with polyester despite the fact that the fabric content on the website only says 100% silk and the top even had some loose threads from the beginning. The Ezlynn top is the most ill fitting top I’ve ever tried on, I’m not sure whose body it is actually going to fit properly and looks nothing like it did on the model, I’m not even able to actually wear it unfortunately. I’ve generally had mixed experiences with reformation due to poor quality especially compared to the prices, but I think this will be the last time I shop from them.

I had quality issues for an item that i received for a prior exchange. I wanted to exchange for the same item only in different color but their policy does not allow for another exchange which doesn't make sense. The dress was almost $300 and the fabric looked inferior and the stitches sloppy. The customer support is lackluster and unhelpful. They are good at apologizing but do not offer any solutions. Terrible policies that does not support its customers, buyer beware.

I cannot stress enough how terrible the experience I had with Reformation has been. I placed an order on the 3/12/23 and 14 business days later nothing had arrived. I contacted the customer service team several times asking for a refund to be processed because the package had obviously been lost. The customer service department were extremely slow to reply or completely unresponsive. I know the christmas period is busy but there is no reason why I should have been made to wait nearly 3 weeks for an appropriate response from Reformation. This is unacceptable. I will not use reformation in the future. Considering the price point of your products, strongly consider hiring more customer service staff during the christmas period!

The clothes are beautiful, albeit a bit pricey for the sometimes questionable quality. Last time I did not receive my order at all, I did get me money back but would prefer the pants I bought. This time I’m still waiting for my order with no information. I’ve lost my faith in Reformation unfortunately.

I purchased a dress on sale on reformation.com, they say the dress is a EU34 but definitely fits like a good EU36 or 38. Plus the quality is really poor. I want to return the dress, being in Europe, I am allowed to do so within 14 days. I wrote the reformation team to get a shipping label for my return and got absolutely no news... This is really poor service especially given the price of their dresses!

Misleading returns policy
Recently bought one item and returned it as it didn’t fit well, had read the returns tagline on their website which says ‘free returns on all qualifying orders’ and expected to be able to return the item for free. Turns out it isn’t free unless you keep at least one item from your order which I didn’t think is made clear from what you initially see on the website
Advice would be don’t bother ordering because they charge random amounts depending on how much you spent

Poor customer care service. I purchased a dress on sale. It’s I’ll fitting. Not cut for an average person who’s 5’6”. Obviously more for someone taller and much much slender. Anyways, i wrote and asked to exchange or credit. Anything to cooperate and resolve this issue. Refused to honor anything. Kept repeating the same assigned language jargon about final sale regulations and no exceptions. Really sad, losing a cusotmer for something that means so little to them but more to the customer. I don’t understand and it makes no sense.

Horrible customer service. I took 6 of my reformation dresses to the dry cleaners as instructed. 4 came back shrunk about 3 sizes. I asked reformation for help. They offered none and said there was nothing they could or would do. That’s $900 worth of damage!!…when I did everything right on my end. I was a good customer to them, but I’m done. They are the absolute worst and have no accountability for their product. You may as well flush your money down the toilet if you shop here. You follow their instructions & their lousy dresses are still ruined & they will not help you & could care less about their customers. People need to know. They made the mistake of thinking they can treat their customers like dirt & brush them under the carpet.

Customer service was poor. I ordered something that went on sale immediately after the purchase processed and they said they would not honor the price change. It took so long for customer service to respond that they could no longer cancel my order by the time they got to me. I work in retail and feel this is uncommon and bad business practice. I can't risk spending that kind of money if the company doesn't have good customer service. Unfortunate, because I saved up to support a company that had ethical practices.

Update: Reformation has responded to this review and told me to "reach back out via email", despite my having done so already, and the fact that they read through the exchanges in order to respond to this message. AND I reached out via text and got nowhere. They still have not offered any help.
I recently had a terrible experience with the Reformation team that has resulted in me never shopping with them again. I returned a few items from an online order. About a week later, I received a mystery package back to my house with two from my order wadded up inside, no note, no explanation. Other than being carelessly wadded up, they were in perfect condition. I reached out to the support team via email and got no response. I then followed up via their text line (because they don't have a phone number... that would be too helpful) and was told that they were stained when they arrived at their facility. Clearly some sort of human error occurred, yet they refused a refund. This is basically theft.

TERRIBLE customer service
TERRIBLE customer service. They returned a top to me I'd returned despite having the tags on and returning within the appropriate return window. They returned because there were deodorant marks on the shirt. That is customary to trying on tops!! I asked to speak to a manager and they said they couldn't. NEVER will shop here again.

Don’t believe what they tell you!
My order was shipped on 22/11 with FedEx, it was scanned in France on 23/11 and since then has not moved. I contacted Reformation about this on 04/12 and they advised they were looking into it directly with Fedex. Still no movement on the package so I called Fedex myself who advised me they needed more information from the sender to deliver my package and they hadn't received any contact from Reformation about this. Had I not called Fedex myself would my package be stuck in France indefinitely?? Now that I've asked Reformation to contact Fedex directly to sort this out so my package can finally be delivered, they are not responding!! I just want this package delivered, I ordered it for a Christmas event next week. Fedex advised they will deliver it immediately once Reformation provide them the missing information, I don't know why Reformation can't just do their job and sort this. What a ridiculous waste of my time and money.

Bad service!
Ordered a skirt a while ago. Money has been withdrawn. But I still havnt received the item. The tracking nr is not valid. According to the tracking nr my package has been stuck in France for weeks, but when I call Fed Ex they cant find anything on the tracking nr.
I have tried getting in touch with Reformation about this several times, but nothing happens. They wont give me my money back or send a new skirt. I have been in contact directly with Fed Ex, who says that Reformation dont even have started a case with my tracking nr (even though Reformation have told me, that they have done that). This is beneath contempt!

Appalling please don’t use this company I think they are scammers. I have not received my order. The tracking information for my order is incorrect. The delivery company advised they do not have a parcel for my address. I am reporting this company.

Where is my refund?
I purchased a dress. It was the wrong size, so I returned it and purchased same dress but smaller size within two weeks of the initial purchase.
Reformation recently emailed me saying my return was flagged by their team for "not meeting your return policy". They resent me the size 2 dress and never processed my refund.
The dress cost $378.
