Quality is too bad to justify purchasing here anymore. I think their pieces are so cute and try so hard to buy from sustainable brands, but I have tried buying from them three times in total over the... See more

NEVER BUY their stuff
NEVER BUY their clothes, and shoes are the worst!!!! Bought their clothes online, Impossible to even put my feet in, but they refuse to give return, refund or exchange!! On their website, there was no clear instructions at all!!! Their stuff is unwearable!! Even one start is a bonus for them.
Terrible business
I ordered a dress during Black Friday sale, and I was waiting and waiting and Jan 4th I reached out to customer service (via text as you can't call). Was told the shipment was lost in transit and they automatically refunded me the money and told me to reorder. I asked to honor the price I purchased for, but they refused. To clarify, the package was never lost, they actually never sent it, FedEX never received the package, only the label was created. A few other items I purchased were terrible quality and fit, and had to return. So might be for best. I will forget this brand exists as there are many out there to buy from.
Poor customer service and bad business
Apart from the poor quality of at least some of their clothing items, their customer service is subpar! I pre-ordered a pair of shoes during the %25 sale in November and waited for a month. They charged me close to the estimated shipping date but no shipping update a week past that date and the item is AVAILABLE on their website! When I contacted them, their resolution was to cancel my pre-order and refund me! And ask me to order again! And they were sooooo kind to give me a %10 discount!!!!!! After over 6 years of shopping at Reformation, I am now done with this brand.
Pants shrank so much in wash and are way too short now :(
i want to love this store but they have the worst customer service and the people that work at the stores are mostly all really rude and stuck up. I went to exchange a pair of pants in a different size and it took them over 30 minutes to get the other size from the back. After i washed them, they shrank so much that they are now emberassingly short for me :( There is no way to exchange or get
Horrible return/exchange policy
Horrible return/exchange policy coupled with misleading and confusing sizing
The Worst Return Policy and Customer Service
Awful customer service. If you order online, they let you exchange ONCE. Never mind that even if they give you incorrect information with regards to what they have in stock or the fact that the sweater I ordered has arms long enough for someone with 8 foot arms. Then they'll tell you to return and pay full price for a future exchange, despite the original purchase being on sale. NO REFUNDS! So, now I'm stuck with a credit for a crappy store I never want to shop at again.
Honestly, the worst return policy and the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life.
My issue is with processing time and shipping service
I placed an order on Dec 3rd and selected 5-7 day shipping (United States). I emailed today to complain that as of Dec 16 it still has not been delivered. During the holidays, they really need to work on delivery times. They use ups mail innovations (this is one of the very cheapest offerings by ups and unfortunately it is very bad.) For a $200 dress, they should really get things processed quickly. What aggravated me most was that they said to me via the text line that the shipping times are only an estimation and that I should have used an expedited service if I was in a rush. But I was not in a rush, I would have been happy to receive my item within 9 business days. I explained to them that I expected my order not to sit in California for 8 days since it was shipping to New York. Not happy. My order number is S18355679.
Poor customer service
Bought a gift for my niece and it doesn’t fit.. wanted to exchange it for another size and because it falls outside the 3 months they will not accept it. It is new… has tags on it.. Just know that when purchasing gifts.
2-3 years ago I ordered a pair of jeans…
2-3 years ago I ordered a pair of jeans from Reformation to be delivered in Italy - these are the best pair of jeans I have ever had (quality and fit!) and I did not have any problems with the delivery. BUT. I tried to order another pair of jeans this summer (2024) with a delivery address in the UK. I ordered the same size as the other pair of jeans I own from this brand and when I tried it, it was at least 2-3 sizes bigger than me. Long story short, the jeans were mislabelled and I got a refund without having to pay the 6 pounds delivery cost for refund. I decided to give them a second chance because of how much I like the jeans I bought from them and so, I attempted to buy once more on Black Friday the pair of jeans I already own but in another colour. Because of the discounts, I also purchased the Andy oversize shirt and a sweater (Calloway Regenerative Wool Crew). The jeans arrived mislabelled for one more time, the shirt looked nothing like the pictures they had on their website and the sweater was of such a poor quality, it was definitely not worth the 133 pounds (original price 178!!!!!).
I have never experienced something like this before, even though I shop online very often, and it is extremely disappointing, especially considering the price range they sell their products!

I ordered a pair of boots on the 31 Oct 24. I did not see anywhere that it was a pre-order, very well hidden. I was then told my order would be shipped by 28 Nov 24. December arrives, no boots. After chasing Reformation, I first of all receive an incorrect email and then they tell me shipping will not be until 30 Dec 24. Appalling - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - shame, they do have some nice things
DO NOT ORDER FROM REFORMATION!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM REFORMATION!!!
They are the worst!! They sent my package to the wrong address, even though I corrected the address in my profile and screenshot the date I did it and re-ordered in another size. They sent to the wrong address and told me too bad it's on me. I will never patronize this business again, and I never do bad reviews.
Horrible customer service experience
Horrible customer service experience. Placed order 10/7, won’t receive order that I requested expedited shipping on until 10/13. Was basically told read the fine print of the delivery FAQ. Request to have expedited shipping fee returned was refused. Could have received identical service terms if I had used ordinary ship.
I've had a decent experience
I've had a decent experience, in the sense that I put down the incorrect postcode for the shipping address, and reformation customer service seemed to try their very best to help resolve my issue. In the end, the parcel was lost by the courier company. Reformation offered me a refund. It was frustrating to have to wait, but I do appreciate their attempts to help me and it was the courier company slowing things down. I love their stuff and will continue to buy from them
I will never shop at this brand again
I will never shop at this brand again. I purchased a dress online for over $200 and it was delivered via FedEx. The delivery was left outside of my building and the image verification for the delivery showed that. The package was gone by the time I got home.
I reached out to Reformation hoping they could help me submit a claim to FedEx to get my money back. They refused. And said “For any future orders, please consider mailing to an alternate address.” As if it was my fault for not living in a door man building in a major city. They don’t care that you don’t receive your order you paid them for! Terrible customer service!!!!
Items not worth the money
Items not worth the money, poor quality, bad customer service!
Watch out when purchasing FINAL SALE, you cannot return these items!
What a horrific experience !
What a horrific experience !
I purchased sales items, them saying that it is possible to Return in Europe which I checked and then saying sales items are „final“ sales items and cannot be returned anywhere. I will never purchase anything again and do not recommend it at all.
Stay away from this horrendous company.
Do NOT purchase sale items from…
Do NOT purchase sale items from Reformation because although they don’t warn you anywhere in the purchase journey, they will not let you return them when you try to. I spent £375 on a dress which didn’t fit right and is clearly low quality even for the sale price, and now I have no option but to keep it. I’ve never heard of this from another retailer and the fact they don’t communicate it on-site is 100% a conscious decision to dupe customers. I am so disappointed and frankly distressed to have effectively handed just short of £400 for nothing.

Spent £298 on a dress for the strap to break after 3 hours of wearing (sitting at a cocktail bar). Quality is 100% not worth the price point. Never shopping there again.
They said they could refund 20% and pay for a repair through a partner. Then emailed again saying never mind can’t do that. Such an irritating experience.
Astonishingly poor price to quality ratio
Astonishingly poor price to quality ratio. I paid just under £250 for a black velvet dress (that was on sale, mind you) in December. Don't mind paying more and buying less if clothes are good value. But the dress itself was thin, unlined and the seams were shoddy. Kept it because I loved the dress but now holes all over it and all the seams have come apart. Showed a guy I know who does clothing repairs and he couldn't believe the price I'd paid for something so poorly made. Beggars belief.
