I bought a dress at North Park Dallas Texas. I got an email for my invoice BUT I never gave them my info PLUS. They can take their California BS about climate change off the receipt they sent me . That is the reason they came to Texas since people are leaving that state since it is being destroyed .. Taking back the dress
Damaged dress after free alterations
I bought the jeany silk dress for a wedding. They offer free alterations. I was so excited about this because I am 5’1. It took about 2.5 weeks to get the dress back and it was damaged. There was a missing button and a hole in the back of the dress. I only had a week before the wedding left and said 1 week wouldn’t be enough time to fix it. They gave me a refund but was out of a dress one week before my event. It was my first experience with reformation and I was extremely disappointed. With the dress being almost $400 and boasting having sustainable quality clothing with free alterations that they would treat the clothing with care.
The worst
The worst. I had a an unauthorized purchase done with my card and this crap company refused to help me with this situation when I reached out. I am out 100 dollars now and will be following up with my bank to dispute the charge. They are useless and have terriblecustomer service. Do not buy from them!

I echo a lot of the other reviews regarding their sale prices. I bought something and within hours the price went down but they refuse a price adjustment even when presented with proof. And given how low the prices can get on sale it makes me question the true cost of their clothing.
Beware their final sale price! They won’t price match even if you just put the order!
Seeing so many people complaining about their poor after-purchase care makes me feel a little better. Beware of their annual sale prices! I order some worth of $500 dresses on their first week of annual sale with 30% off but less than a week passed I realized the same items are already further marked down with 50% off! Still got all sizes! So I requested a price adjustment, thinking it’d be very reasonable for them to at least give some store credit back for future use. They refused the request, meanwhile indifferently throwing me their ‘final sale’ policy there. These items are not yet being shipped and now I’m seeing $100 lost already. I’ve never met any merchant like this, though final sale, all of them would at least accommodate the bad feeling by offering store credit. Let alone I’ve read comments about how they refused to even change the sizes of final sale clothes. That’s just a rip off and I don’t think I’ll ever shop them again.
Not the best quality dress but very good customer service
Mixed review because item quality was poor but Customer service was great.
I ordered the Ronda dress, it was £498 so I was expecting a really high quality piece of clothing. I wore it for the first time at a wedding and upon hugging a family member the dress ripped on the hanging sleeve. Luckily it was in a place no one could see but it still left me conscious that it might rip further.
I contacted customer services who issued me a return label, within days of returning, I was refunded. The only thing I didn’t like is that I was charged £6 for a refund postage fee, if I changed my mind I wouldn’t have minded paying this but given I sent the dress back due to it being faulty, I would have expected free shipping on the return.

Not sure why these reviews are so bad! I have always loved shopping at Ref and had a great experience with their customer service team. I have a few order issues and they were resolved quickly and I felt very taken care of. 10 out of 10 for me. Also love the quality, look and feel of the clothes!

This company give the illusion that they are a high-end brand, though really the quality of the products are no better than Shein. Spent over £200 on a very simple dress- the fabric is cheap and has thread hanging out on all of the seams. For the price and quality of the product, it's honestly an insult.

More than likely the company will do whatever it takes to take this review down. I was a former employee at Reformation. Please don’t mistaken my review based off of that. I would like to warn others about Vernon. Especially if you have a family whose mouth’s depends on your income. This was by far one of the worst places I have ever worked for. Chief Supply Chain Officer will hold meetings with teams & pride herself on being a witch she has also used the B word. During team dinners she will talk about the directors/managers whom she has mad cry & talks with pride about it. It’s disgusting! She prays on the soft spoken she sees them as weak. She allows & encourages managers to treat their team horribly. The Associate Director of Technical Design specifically TBJ several reports have been made to HR and Supply chain officer about how he treats his staff, how he degrades women & their work, making them cry & yelling at them in front of us employees & yet NOTHING has ever been done! He has also Criticized our size 12 model about her size during a recent fitting. He continues to mock employees, even though he is a Technical Designer he has made fun of Pattern Makers work during fittings. Telling them their sleeve suck. This is who they had in charge while our Director of Technical Design was on medical leave. Chief Supply Chain Officer recently held a meeting & told the Pattern team that she knows that he is difficult to work with but his numbers are good. That’s all they care about! Even though everyone is replaceable for some reason they are allowing so many talented workers to leave rather than getting rid of the cancer in supply chain. It’s the two of them! If you report him like I did he & HR did everything they could to find things to let me go for. Even though HR told me my work/performance was not in question here but what was is the fact I was listening to a podcast while removing safety pins for 8hrs a day 3 days in a row. That same manager passed by never informing that it wasn’t okay or to turn it off. I was never given a verbal, written or anything just simply let go! All the while the Chief of Supply chains assistant has been watching the Olympics on her phone for 2 days. That goes to show how I was singled out. You are harassed for reporting your concerns. HR gaslights you he is so unprofessional. Not easy to approach or talk to. Defends bad behavior asking us”what do u want me to do” ugh maybe your job! When I went into his office to express my concerns I went in with the manager of Technical Design dresses. Mind you I’m just an assistant . She was there to show support and inform HR there is a big problem she cried to him as well and he just kept say you guys are making a big thing like I don’t know what u want me to do. He once called the TBJ director his buddy while walking out of the technical room so we knew we were in trouble. Since then that manager who went in to speak to HR has left, as well as several others who expressed their concerns and were never heard. They make your life hell! Turnaround there is high. I mean real high. Most have only been there a for a year or so. As we speak so many are unhappy. Burnout is a huge issue. This company supports bad behavior but will get rid of employees like myself who just want to work. When my boss the Director Of Technical Design went on stress leave I was stripped of all my duties I’ve know and worked on for over a year. Leaving me with nothing only to try and plead with others to give me work. Someone was taking photos of me and videos without my consent. I was horrified. I had no privacy and was being watched all day long. I stayed because I needed my job. Mind you he wasn’t the first employee to harrass me. The amount of support I have received from others was overwhelming & amazing. I write this review to help others think twice about applying here. It truly is falling apart at the seams. And it all starts from the top. LC has run employees and supply chain to the ground. And so has the TBJ director. Best wishes to you all!

Horrible customer service, awful material and dresses, keep your money for Sezane or other business. I paid almost 900 francs for three dresses, all of them are in horrendous quality. Cheap made, the packaging the dresses came in shocked me - it was in a plastic bag completely unironed, full with wrinkles. One dress had makeup stains all over it, the seems were unfinished and a hole on the side of the dress! I contacted customer service immediately, took them o long to answer and send me a return label. I don't have DHL nearby me so I send via another post, they made me pay 25 FRANCS to do a return for the DAMAGED ITEMS. They are of course not paying me back. PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I sent the items on the week of 20th July, let's see how long it will take them to refund!

Love Reformation stores and online shopping. Easy returns, fast shipping. The price tag is high but the quality absolutely worth it. Got a few dresses recently in two sizes and returned them in-store. Their store experience is must-try.

Horrible experience. My product has been sitting in Middlesex for 3 days. Company doesn’t respond nor care. They’re terrible people who can’t or won’t do good work. Overrated and incompetent. If only they spent as much time responding to emails as they do writing emails and sending marketing emails to get you to buy. Shameful and subpar humans working at and for Ref.

My finance and his father bought me a dress from them as a birthday gift.
I received a severely faulty item, with holes, threads, black pencil marks etc.
I have bought from them several times before over many years without complaints. So I’m obviously not trying to scam them.
My fiancé writes them politely and they don’t answer for a very long time, and apologise for it with “it’s busy right now” oh really? In June/july it’s a busy time for a company known for their summer dresses?
They sent us a faulty item and their solution is that they will either let me keep the severely damaged dress and “generously” reimburse 20 percent of it or have me send it back for a refund. Thus have us waste time and money on sending it back.
They will not even let us make a return for another dress even though it’s THEIR mistake.
So a month or more wasted waiting for a summer dress. Bad customer service. And they are going against their policies on trying to lower fossil emissions.
I have been a loyal customer spending thousands of dollars on their clothes. I bought a shirt just three weeks ago which is triple the price of other brands because I like supporting companies that want to protect the planet.
Now I’m tempted never to buy from them again.

As a disappointed new customer I actually think zero star would be more accurate.
I have tried to enquire about stock so as to place an order.
There really is no customer service. Stores do not answer phone calls, mailboxes are always full so no message can be left for a call back. I have had no replies to emails.
Reading other customer experiences with online orders, I would not risk placing an order.
Why are these issues not addressed by an ‘on trend’ high fashion company?

Just had a really good customer service experience! I ordered a dress which unfortunately arrived slightly damaged, my issue was sorted within hours and I’m really pleased! The sizing is a bit all over the place depending on whether it’s American sizing or UK but I’ve managed to find the right size through a bit of trial and error. Would recommend and will buy again!
