Terrible Never go there -Always Harley Street
My daughters' went in for a PCR test fit to fly. It was the only shop in Bentalls with the lights off as there was no one other than the rudest receptionist, plus an Eastern European nurse who obviously had very little respect for the authoritarian Nicole (she refused to give me her full name, I will find out and report her to Human Rights Commission in this country). When I told them the law that they were not allowed to force me to put a mask on, she became extremely aggressive from behind her mask as her eyes squinted sheepishly and asked me for my 'exemption'. This is completely unacceptable also her whole argument for force was obliterated when I told her only my children were in the whole clinic and not a single soul had entered previously that day. The nurse was terrible at her job she harmed my children and they have a terrible headache from how deep and long she spent in there. We always go to Harley street, they are proper there, make the effort, they are professional never hurt you, plus they never behave in the unprofessional and illegal manner that Nicole behaved in. I expect I will be receiving my £9700 pounds for what I was put through. Totally disgraceful.

We always recommend that all our customers wear a face mask when visiting our clinics. We do so to safeguard our staff and customers' well-being when visiting our clinics. Additionally, and as part of our terms and conditions, we advise that a parent or guardian must be present when a test is carried out on a minor.
We were very sorry to learn that your children were unwell after the test, and I can assure you that all our clinic staff are fully trained to ensure that all our procedures are performed safely and pain-free. We hope your children are now feeling better.
We also provide ongoing training to all our staff members, and customer feedback, both positive and negative, allows us to continue to improve our services. We want to reassure you that your feedback has been passed along to the store manager.
As we take great pride in the services we offer to all our customers, it is always disappointing when one of our customers does not have a pleasant experience, but we appreciate the time you took to contact us.
