The manager and his wife are always super friendly, always informing of new product it’s always a great environment to walk in to not a big fan of the new location, even though it looks great the other spot had a more chill vibe to it, but overall great management been coming there for almost 3 years. Relief Buddies Provides no Relief and isn't your Buddy!
We went in for the first time, It looks like someone converted their house into a store. The ladies were sitting around smoking and wasn't to pleased to see me when I walked in. I asked for the highest THC indica and the lady didn't know what I was talking about. The Violet Fog I bought was very wet and nearly un-smokeable and the orange crush my wife bought was good but very overpriced.
I normally don't go out of my way to leave bad reviews but after we both were insulted for leaving bad reviews on google I thought I'd provide a variety of complaints on different platforms to show Mr. Relief buddy that some of us will fight back. Since you want to make this personal You'll probably be getting a few emails and phone calls with my name involved because I reported this to some folks in high places. It's all truth!

Anyone can review our google page review and see that in no way was any reply made personal. I don’t know how you have come to this conclusion but if there is something that happened outside of the google reply please let me know by emailing me at info@thereliefbuddies.com with details. As stated in the google edit reply we have cameras and can review recording if something did happen. And I’m happy to do so as customer care is our top priority.
As for where our store is located it does have apartments next attached to it. It was a salon and barbershop before we moved in. We have been there operating and serving the community of Hamilton since October 2020. We have helped thousands of people by providing quality cannabis hemp at affordable prices. Are we as cheap at Michigan no but who is? In Hamilton Ohio and surrounding areas we are right at or below the market rate for all products. $35 for 3.5g or even $39 for 3.5g depending on brand you bought our pricing is extremely competitive for the Ohio market rate. Our staff is trained and knowledgeable. Some may take a moment to think based on your answer of what kind of effects you are looking for which maybe why you thought the staff member was confused. That just means she was putting thought into what to recommend instead of just grabbing any item something that most customers of ours appreciate. Ultimately you don’t have to shop from us we may not be the right fit for you but if there is anything that was done that you felt was personal against you or your wife please don’t hesitate to email me with the day and time you came in so I can review the camera recording and handle it appropriately.
