Lots of room for improvement
Store doesn't appear to prioritize professionalism. Store seems disheveled and unkempt. The employee working the register doesn't wear shoes. Store seems like a place to hang out for teens. Not a professional business.

Right now that store you visited in Emigsville PA is in the process of moving to a new location in York PA so boxes and everything probably does look like a hot mess right now. I will address with my staff the no shoes complaint. Teenagers are not allowed in our store as everyone must be 21 or older unless accompanied by an adult or guardian. We have strict adult 21 an older policy. As a long time customer I value your feedback and hope you choose to continue being one of our valued customers during this transition we are going through this month to much more upgraded facility.
