I ordered an Grade "A" Dell monitor, and it arrived next day. It was really well packed and the monitor was in perfect condition - like new, with a new set of cables. Very happy to be able to re-use good quality IT equipment like this at at good price, and service was just great. 5 stars.

Amazing products matched by professional service
My iMac gave in after a small mishap and had no money to buy a new one. I was worried buying a refurbished item, but from start to finish, The Renewed Store were outstanding. Friendly, professional and answered all my questions. It’s been 2 months now and my amazing new iMac works as if it were brand new and at a 5th of the price of a new one. Great service. Very helpful communications so that I got the right laptop for my needs. I used their 'build your own' service so that I got exactly what I wanted. in all honesty I could not have got a better laptop at a better price. If you want a specific manufacturer then you will have to talk to the store for that. I just took a gamble and was given a Lenovo Thinkpad. It is very very well made.
