Great store/competeitive prices
Easy online ordering process. Competitive pricing and good range of laptops to choose from. Ordered a Dell Latitude 7290. Refurbished and advertised as Excellent condition. Cannot fault the laptop. Looks as new. Works great and has far exceeded expectations.
My only issue (not the seller's fault) was the delivery from TNT. Had been told it would initially arrive 1-2days but shipment had to be resent by alternative courier as TNT was a "no show".
Harry at The Renewed Store was very helpful throughout and sorted the delivery issues very professionally.
Would recommend and use again.

I purchase a dell latitude 5400 through your website. This morning I received my laptop and I am speechless that it is a used product, it looks brand new. I saved a substantial amount of money buying a renewed product. It even has Face ID to log in and is touch screen as well as keypad! It’s like an ipad / computer it one! Very impressed thank you

Try these before buying new!
Couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase. It was rated A grade and it certainly was. As good as a brand new MacBook. Not a single mark on it and runs like a dream. Combine that with a 12 month warranty, why pay full price?? I’m glad I found The Renewed Store. Will definitely be coming back.

Great seller, terrible courier
The overall experience with The Renewed Store was excellent, a brilliant product at an excellent price. The couriers they use are, however, absolutely hopeless.

Totally amazed and more than happy with reconditioned/renewed laptop supplied and at a more than competitive price. Excellent Value for Money! Helping reduce e waste!! Supplied really promptly and with helpful updates on order, supply and delivery. Laptop is like new - clean, no signs of use, super quick, windows 11 and feels robust - not patched up like some firms.
I’ve used another supplier for a similar product last year and unfortunately needed to return laptop twice for persistent similar faults on devices/hardware.
Faith and trust resumed via this experience of using The Renewed Store. Totally recommend using them and will be doing to colleagues, family and friends. Thank you!

false advertising
I was looking for a desktop computer. The one I wanted on the company website had a photo of the computer and a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. On the product description, it did not say: wireless mouse and keyboard NOT included. When the desktop arrived, there was no wireless keyboard or mouse. I thought this was false advertising. I contacted the company, who quickly replied, but with no apology, or admission of misleading advertising. They offered a wired mouse and keyboard, but would not send wireless ones, which is what I thought I had ordered
