They rescued us after being let down, super lovely to work with and were quick, fairly priced and communicative. Can’t fault them in any way!

I wish I'd booked this ages ago

The oven door on our range cooker had been temperamental for a long time and sometimes only closing with a lot of "persuasion".

I booked an appointment with Repair Master based on a call-out fee that included labour and then parts on top. Expectations were set for how much the parts were likely to be based on the description I provided.

Luke, the engineer was perfectly friendly and professional. He talked us through the repair as he worked and discovered the original cause of the problem. He also noticed that the oven light was missing its cover and happily had a spare in the van for that.

The repairs were complete in short order and we are delighted to have an oven door operating smoothly again.

There can be some nervousness and uncertainty about booking a repair engineer. In this case, any nervousness was quickly allayed and I wouldn't hesitate to book again if the need arose and I would hesitate to recommend Luke to anyone in need of cooker repairs.

Doesn't answer phone or respond to voicemails. Booked via manufacturer to repair my cooker had an appointment on 20th October. Didn't bother to turn up or call to say they couldn't make it. Also ignored the calls and voicemail from the repair company. Pacifica repair ref 12459449.

Luke and Chelsey run a very professional outfit. Explained the costs upfront. Arrived on time as scheduled. Diagnosed the issue. Parts had to be ordered from Aga, which required upfront payment. Parts arrived within 48hrs. Fitted at the next available window. All working on departure. No problems or issues. Would recommend and will use them again if we ever have Aga issues.

We had an issue with our 10 year old Rangemaster electric oven and it would not turn on at all.

We booked a repair in with Repair Master and they were brilliant.
The booking system was quick, the customer service was excellent.
Repair Master replaced all the necessary parts and our oven is now working perfectly well.

Today I was very impressed with Repair Master who came out to service my 20 year old Rangemaster cooker. Luke the engineer knew exactly what he was doing and very efficient and held all the spare parts that were needed including changing the fan and heating element in the main oven, sorting out the oven door and sorted out one of the gas hobs. I only phoned them yesterday and all sorted out today at a very reasonable price.
WELL DONE REPAIR MASTER, they put bigger companies to shame. Regards Nick

In simple terms Luke saved our Christmas by fixing the problem we had with the cooker. From the initial inquiry through to Luke’s visit everything was handled excellently with Luke arriving at the time expected on Christmas Eve. He explained what he was doing and was very neat and tidy. I can certainly recommend Repair Master very highly.
