Been a member of the retail correction for the last 3 years now since the Dior air Jordan 1 giveaway and I’ve had no regrets since. I’ve been able to cop recent and past sneakers for retail or sometimes below retail price so the $30 a month membership is well worth it. I’ve even won the week sneaker giveaways multiple times now!

Great value and quick shipping!
Ordered a fear of god essentials hoodie on the 12th of April and it arrived 2 weeks later on the 26th. Much quicker then I was anticipating considering they said it could take up to 20 business days.
Also only paid $100 per hoodie! The other stores in NZ charge around $300 for it which is a crazy discount. Will definetly be back :)

Poor communication from the seller, no updates from seller and I had to follow up on items, in the end seller did not fulfil order
Poor communication from the seller. Ordered Essentials hoodies in early December 2024, was told in January that there will be a delay due to supplier issues. Come March and still no update. Contacted seller and said there is a delay still. Contacted seller TWICE! Then May arrives and still nothing. All of a sudden received a refund end of May. No email or information, nor apology from the seller.
TLDR: don’t even bother buying as the items will never arrive. Buy from reputable sellers instead line SSENSE or Mr Porter
Edit: Items ordered did NOT arrive. It is also false to promise the customer for you to expect us to follow up on the order, and no updates from you. For a company that charges a monthly membership fee, good service would be fair to be expected.

Hey, we’re really sorry again for the delay on your Essentials order — it was a one-off issue caused by ongoing supplier problems that we were transparent about early on. While the delays were frustrating (we completely understand that), we did offer a full refund plus nearly 50% of your order value as in-store credit to make it right.
Also, just to clarify for others reading — it’s not accurate to say items “never arrive.” We can see your Yeezy Gap hoodie was delivered without issue.
We’ve learned from this situation and improved our processes since. But please be fair with the claims you’re making.

I don't ever write reviews, so I am genuinely frustrated & a bit off when I write a one star review.
This is marketed as a cheap place to buy hype & designer clothing, any of the items are easily purchasable and CHEAPER across sites like StockX & GOAT that won't charge (No exaggeration) $150 for 7 items to be shipped.
Do not bother wasting the $30 to purchase this, if you see an item you like, just search it up and purchase it elsewhere for cheaper OR a little bit more without paying an extreme amount in shipping.

Great products, slow shipping
The products are great and authentic. I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift but they came about 2 weeks after the persons birthday so that was disappointing. Shipping is extremely slow and surprisingly expensive, but other than that the products were great.

Terrible customer service and delivery times
The lack of communication from this company and lack of customer service is a real let down. I tried to support a small business, but if they can't support me as a customer, I can't support them as a business. The delivery times are outrageously long. For the saving you get, it's almost not worth it due to the wait times. The order i am waiting on is my first and will be my last. Will go back to goat and stockx for my sneakers.
