The Gentleman arrived early by mutual consent. He was very thorough and informative of all the options open to us with estimates of all of them. He showed us samples of the options and was very helpful.we were very impressed by his knowledge and advice.

We were very happy with the service we have received from Thermotec today. Rebecca explained everything comprehensively and realistically in terms of expectations and pros and cons of different options for our existing conservatory roof. With our conservatory used throughout the year, the ongoing cost of heating and maintaining use against the increasing cost of energy, the insulating properties of the Thermotec system will benefit not just short term, but also long term. The quality of the product exceeded our expectation, and we are more than happy to proceed with the Thermotec roofing installation.

The surveyor was booked to arrive at 10.30 am and at 10.30am he arrived. We discussed many aspects of the Thermotec roofing system including loss of heat through the new roof and loss of light into the conservatory. The surveyor was able to answer all my questions and allay any fears I had about the new roofing system. I was then quoted such a reasonable price for the new roof I agreed to have the work done.

Wonderfully quick and polite service. Tim (sales person) arrived on time and gave an excellent presentation, no pressure, no hassle to buy, just a straight forward these are the facts talk. in the end we have decided on wood and tiles, however if you are interested in a fair quote, these are the people.

Already researched the product on line. The visit was to confirm whether the panels were feasible to my conservatory and cost. I was able to view the product and make an informed choice and decision.

Surveyor Rebecca was everything thing one would hope for: knowledgable, non pressurising and very professional.
As we weren't quite sure what we wanted Rebecca spent time explaining what the options were.
