My product is damaged after 7 e mails still awaiting response to return

Bought neck massager.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.I tried this and have ended up with a bruised sore neck.Never using this again. Only reading reviews now which is my fault.Not even going to try to get money back as can't be bothered with the hassle.My fault.

On the 24th July I ordered a gel car seat cushion,as I was driving a long way, which was supposed to be delivered " Next day" as advertised on their website. The item had still not arrived by the 2/8/25 so I emailed cancelling the order and told them to refund as I was now out of the UK until the 26/8/25. The item was still miraculously delivered on the 4/8/25 and my neighbour collected it and said it looked like it had come direct from CHINA. After many emails whilst on holiday I eventually received a returns code from them not before trying to offer a 30% reduction for me to keep the item which I refused. My neighbour returned the unopened item on the 15/8/25. It was delivered to them on 17/8/25 I got an email back a couple of days later confirming the return but saying the item had to be inspected before any refund and this could take up to 7 days. I have just got my refund 9/9/25. This Co now trade as SP Taysells !DO NOT USE THEM I was lucky the item was unopened I have no doubt had it been they would have refused to refund. Theroflex Aeroflux Taysells are a drop shipping scam company do not use them.

Scam! Bought den building kit and it was absolutely useless. Very poor quality. Returned at my own expense with the promise of refund. Nothing came. Reported to bank who refunded. Company had the cheek to contest it but couldn’t provide evidence so refund was honoured.

Yep.. bunch of fraudsters… returned poor quality item and now they are not responding… karma is coming to you rest assured..

NEVER EVER buy from these crooks!

Dodgy company at best. I can't believe I fell for it. Tried without any success to contact them. It's a good job my bank was so understanding and refunded me. AVOID at all costs

Terrible customer service. Product purchased was useless. Various emails for a refund but nothing.

Fraudulent site. Item purchased was dreadful & returned but despite numerous emails to & from ‘Sophie’ no refund has appeared! The website & email address are no longer in existence. Glad my purchase was a cheap one!!

I returned an item because it was too big so didn't work. I emailed Theroflex and received an initial reply but now my emails chasing my refund bounce back undeliverable and I can't get into the website. So, now I've not only lost my money for the goods but I've had to pay return postage and I have no goods. Terrible. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Difficult to contact - very slow to respond, needed to chase, no phone number provided. Slow delivery. I wanted to return the product, it was ok but didn't fit, just can't get anyone to reply...

I would give it no star's if I could, arrived 2 weeks later than expected not as described and now no website or email scammers looks like it's from Temu

Do yourself a favour and purchase elsewhere, no goods received and no refund. When challenged they don't reply and when taking it through your bank they have the cheek to challenge it, even though goods have still not turned up. Stay well clear.

If I could write a review without leaving any stars I would have. PLEASE do NOT use this company. I returned an unused gift in January and they have not refunded. They stated the hairdryer had been used which its totally not true. They are now ignoring emails. This will be taken further as there is NO way they are keeping £90 of my daughter money.

Received goods, not the same as advertised.
Contacted company via their email as initial order advised, to have it repeatedly bounce back.
Unable to find a way to contact them to return goods.
Update: a rep from theroflex made contact with me to explain issues with rebranding (now Aeroflex) and their emails. My issue has now been sorted as of 14/3.

Don't buy anything from them it's fraudulent. There is no way of contacting them for a refund. Their email doesn't exist and the website has been shut down. I'm now having to go through my bank to try and get my money back.

Purchased the back pain support belt. Lightweight and comfortable to wear.

I purchased a theroflex massage mat from them ,recieved it Saturday 1st March tried it out Sunday not much of a massage, so tried it Monday nothing at all .I have sent emails, complaining about the issue, it's now Wednesday and not a word of acknowledgement to say they received my email. I have looked for their telephone number but it doesn't give it anywhere. I only wish I'd looked at trust pilots first .Another thing I noticed, they don't do PayPal hmm wonder why ???
