Found Theroflex through Google and what a find it was! I ordered a knee support for arthritis damage and it is amazing. Can't fault the product and there website is well laid out. Will definetly be ordering again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEROFLEX! These people are thieves! Wouldn't even give them 1 star if it was an option! I purchased 2 items back in November but only received one. I've been emailing them since December and SOPHIE sends the same response "Dear Customer,

I've raised a recall of money with the bank and will also be reporting them to trading standards. ABYSMAL COMPANY!!!

Delivery took weeks
Hairdryer has meted at the top so can’t change the attachments
Contacted them, sent videos which they requested over a week ago still no reply. I’ll be going to trading standards

Had a slight problem with delivery but my husband is really pleased with the support belt. He has suffered with terrible back pain, even after surgery, but wearing the belt has certainly eased the pain.

Way better posture corrector than ones I've tried before. I have hope that repeated use of this one will do the job for me. Great product!

Good quality product, thought I had an issue with delivery however my mistake, did contact comply and e-mailed back promptly with a good response very helpful

This company exist to scam people.

I bought the children’s “den” without looking at Trustpilot. The reviews on their website are clearly fake - which in itself is so frustrating.

The children’s “den” was basically 100 plastic straws and some plastic balls for £40. It collapsed when we tried to put a sheet on it.

So, I returned it (they tried to get me to keep for a 40% discount) but on principle I continued with the return, as the product was unusable.

I’ve just received an email from Theraflex saying that the product has not been returned in the same condition, so I am not eligible for a return.

We used it once, realised it was cheap tat, repackaged and returned. It was in exactly the same condition, this is a scam company.

My order didn’t arrive however they was dead helpful with the refund process and now it is in the process of getting refunded . I have had one there hair dryers and it is amazing definitely recommend

Ordered a knee support which took longer than the 1-3 day delivery window. After 2 days of wearing it, the velcro strap broke. The support had also begun to get bobbles in the material after 2 days as well. I emailed the company and they said they would look into it and get back to me as soon as possible. 4 days later and still nothing. Luckily it wasn't hugely expensive or else I would be a lot more annoyed.

I received my Theroflex premium back support belt yesterday (25.02.25) and opened the package immediately to find a belt that doesn't resemble the belt the models are seen wearing in the site photos. The depth of the belt on the photos is a lot deeper around the back and sides, and the quality looks a lot better on the photos. What I've been sent is in my opinion is of poor quality . I've worn it for about an hour and a half and it moves , and gathers on the sides. I've contacted the company for their comments and await their reply but.looking at other posts I don't hold out anything positive.

I sent an email to Theroflex that i have to return the product. It took them a week to ask my the reason why i'm returning it back and asking me, am I returning it in 30 days how i got the product. I asked them to send me a details to return the product. They dont answered frecuently.
After at least a month of trying to get any respond from them, they sent a retun details. I booked a courier to pick up the parcel, sent a Theroflex an email that i have sent the product with a email proof of it. Of course, it took a long time for them to answer. They told me that they cant find and tracking number that i sent the product. I did sent an email from Royal mail as a proof that i sent it back. And after a month, just now I received an emil from Theroflex that unfortunatly, they cant do the refund because they cant use a tracking number what i sent them from Royal mail. Thanks to God, i paid 15£ but its still money. I will not get refund from them. Its a scam company.

I do not recommend this company.
I returned an item to them via recorded delivery, it was received 26th January, they still haven't processed my refund even though I've contacted them several times.
They aren't even replying to emails now.
Awful! Avoid!

Good communication and product arrived promptly and exactly as described.

I bought a den kit from this organisation. It is made up of sticks and balls to push them into. It was pricey at £45.
It was supposed to contain a canvas to drape over the den. It did not.
Worse still, it was so hard to push the sticks into the balls, that a stick broke and scraped my daughter’s palm. It could have been so much worse- the broken end was jagged and she was applying a lot of pressure- it could have gone right into her palm.
The product is not fit for purpose and I complained about this and asked for a refund. As it was bought for Xmas the 30 day period for returns had already expired but it was not fit for purpose and they sent me returns address so I assumed that they were willing to provide a refund. They contacted me to say they had received the product but as it was not fit for resale they couldn’t provide a refund.
Customer services has been woeful. Inconsistent, refusing to engage with legal arguments, misleading. I have now sent the product back (at my cost) and have nothing to show for my a £50 outlay. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THOSE COMPANY- they do not value their customers.

Same as everyone else. Back support arrived a week after ordering. Bought one from somewhere else in the meantime. When it arrived it looked rubbish quality. Since returning the product unworn and unused via my own parcel courier I ve heard nothing back. Or had a refund.

Bunch of liars. Promise next day delivery attractive looking products neither promise delivered. Unscrupulous cheats.

& then you see the Trustpilot reviews & realise you messed up not referring to Trustpilot because everyone else found them to be cheats too.

I wrote a damming review because my knee straps didn’t arrive for over 8 days from order. They finally arrived so at least I got them ! I noticed others have had the same issue. My assumption was they would never arrive .. but they did .. not sure what else to say at least the money spent was for a product that got eventually delivered

Product good quality, well made.
Arrived promptly.
Excellent customer service. Original item sent out not quite as shown at time of purchase. A replacement sent out without being specifically asked for.
Communication excellent.

Avoid buying anything from Theroflex.
The products are very poor quality and their returns process is deliberately designed to their advantage. They make you jump through lots of hoops in the postal process. Then negate to update you on your return.

You have to chase your refund (despite their returns policy) as they do not notify you of receipt or process of your return.

28 days after returning a useless knee sleeve plus following 4 x chasing emails - I finally received an email from 'Sophie' with some random photographs - saying they could not refund me as the knee sleeve had been worn !

This is the dirtiest trick I've ever had after returning a brand new item. The item I returned was briefly tried on and then taken off, as a customer should be allowed to do.

In my experience Theroflexhave no intention of refunding customers, it's a complete scam.

Ordered a knee brace. Supposed to arrive in 2-3 working days. Not received after 10 days despite follow up emails from me and responses from Sophie (whom I suspect is not a person) saying the usual stuff - sorry etc.
I strongly recommend that you never buy anything from this company which and if I don't get my goods shortly I'll report them to Trading Standards.
The joke is that all the "reviews" on their website are 5 out of 5 which is completely the opposite of the independent reviews on Trustpilot
