Extremely misleading products and a rip off

Avoid at all costs - I wish I had read this before placing a Christmas order . Arrived after weeks of chasing and was an awful cheap plastic piece of crap that would possibly set on fire if used. Asked for refund which I’m still chasing and being ignored.

Ordered some hair curlers for next day delivery - A week later I still hadn't received the item so emailed their support line. They did respond to say it would be delivered in the next 2-3 days (still not next day).
I told them it was too late and I need to know how to return - No response
Emailed again and eventually got a vague response on returning, along with a link to their returns policy which says you can return within 30 days of purchase.
Because of their delayed response time it leave me with 1 day to get the parcel back to them.
Even if I do send, I don't believe I will receive my refund

Brought a hair styling product which is useless. Have asked to return but no response after several attempts.

Bought the den building kit like many other unfortunate souls appear to have done and wasted 40 quid of my hard earned money. Flimsy and not fit for purpose. Cheap materials at an expensive cost. Seeing as there is no way I will be paying to return the item only to be told they won't accept it for a refund, I am at a loss. Hoping no one else falls victim to the company's sponsored ad like myself.

Bought a kids Bluetooth karaoke machine just before Xmas with next day delivery... It hadn't arrived 6 days later and I had to buy an alternative gift. Emailed them to cancel the order or to return it and despite their claimed easy returns policy they have still not replied after 2 follow up emails. Just wish I'd looked on Trustpilot before ordering as the reviews make it clear - THIS COMPANY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have had no refund for the awful quality building den I purchased. I spoke to Sophie who advised I can return for a refund but still nothing!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The den building product is awful - so cheap and flimsy and not suitable at all for any 3+ child. Even as an adult I found this difficult to put together. A terrible scam and waste of money. Like the review below, I had a bad experience trying to get a refund and I’m planning on just throwing it away. Don’t waste your money on this piece of junk.

Avoid at all costs I have also been scammed! Ordered den building kit for my niece for Christmas wouldnt even give it to a cat! The sticks are like straws and the balls like cat toys...paid to return as Sophie advised and now nothing completely ignored! I paid £37.99 for the kit and £7 to return so literally robbed and for them to be working from an undisclosed location and no telephone number is completely dodgy. I have also reported to my bank and will be informing trading standards...THUGS stealing your hard earned cash AVOID

Scam company. Terrible product and not as described. Wish I’d read reviews before wasting almost £40.

I order from hairdryer five weeks ago- no product, no money back,no even no answer my emails. They not deserve even 1. Avoid that company

Not a legitimate company, the telephone number on the website is not recognised and the address given is just a house in east London - the business registered at companies house at this address closed with outstanding accounts in 2014! I have raised a dispute with my card holder for the goods I bought and will be contacting trading standards to see if the website can be disabled.

Do not order from this company! I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering online, they used sponsored links to grab your attention. The item never arrived, I have contacted them on numerous occasions asking for a refund and all I get is an apology email saying they are experiencing delivery problems.

If you don’t want to be ripped off buy elsewhere!

Scam Company!!! Same products are cheaper on Amazon but this lot take your money and never send the items. No tracking numbers, no phone number to contact, no social media presence. Avoid and buy somewhere else.

SCAM! Do not buy from this company. I ordered the DIY den building kit which was awful, wouldn't stay up and not fit for purpose. I've sent it back for a refund as per the instructions and I'm now being ignored with no refund and no item either. I'm having to go through my bank to get my money back.

This company don't even deserve a 1 star. Only chose 1 star so I could submit this review.

I ordered a Christmas gift on 11th December.
It states the item has been with the dispatcher since 12th December yet I have not received it.

I have sent about 5 emails now, all of which have been replied to after a wait but they simply cannot provide an update of when my parcel will arrive.

Dreadful and stay well away from this company.

Sigh!! Why or why did I not check Trustpilot first.
If I could give a zero I would. Avoid this company. Product not what I ordered.

Ordered something i needed- tracking details stated it has been delivered - there is no detail of the delivery company- Nothing has been delivered. Contacted three times and no response

Do not spend your money ! Ordered an air styler on 7th December and still not received it. Have chased and chased and no proper response. I am now chasing for my money back instead. Still no proper response. It's disgusting service
