Went to other Room Place location and was ignored. Came to Castleton location and my mother and I both ended up buying something. Excellent service.
I appreciate the manager and sales associate building repour with us. I do wish my boyfriend and I would have had more private discussion opportunities between. We were always attended to and it's not east to have a familial decision discussion when your sales associate is also with you. Love the couch though, it looks and feels great
The protection plan price is confusing and seems too expensive, I was told there’s a free protection plan but the one that really matters or protect your furniture is the expensive one, so you end up paying a expensive protection plan, compare to others protection plans for furniture bought before this one is really expensive.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable and made the process very simple
After a fair amount of searching found just what was needed and the price point needed.
Destiny was very friendly and helpful and she worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with our expereince. We did purchase a living room set. I would recommend Roomplace in Castleton to others looking to purchase new furniture.
Destiny helped me locate the recliners. She wrote down the price and information. I went to two other stores. At one store I walked the full length of the store past many employees and no one helped me. I was there about 20 minutes. When I returned to The Room Place, Destiny helped me again and I checked out quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping.
I felt that the sales women knew what I wanted and didn't try to sales or push something else on me. She was very polite and genuinely kind. She answered all me questions and if she didn't know the answer she went to someone who did. I got the furniture I wanted and financing that was fair.
One small issue in December with a $3k bed frame and here it is February and they came to fix it at my house but ordered me the incorrect piece so now we have to find time for scheduling again and wait some more. I don’t even want them having the satisfaction of my purchase anymore but won’t give a refund… will NEVER purchase from them again. Not to mention the first time they order my replacement piece they told me it’s ready for pick up in IL, I live in IN
