Kristin was not pushy at all and truly made an effort to understand both our needs and wants. Sales associates can sometimes be overbearing and care more about a sale than the customer, but this was not the case in our experience! Thank you for helping us find the furniture we needed that was in our budget!!
The sales and support staff were very professional, gave us space to look at their products and then helpful with making a purchase decision.
The sale rep was wonderful and the store had nice furniture to choose from.
Destiny was awesome!
She was very helpful and professional.
I haven’t picked up furniture from warehouse, but anticipate no problem.
My husband and I were greeted by staff, but they let us browse on our own until we had questions. Brad was helpful and gave us just the right amount of help. With the sale we ended up hitting, we feel we got a great value and look forward to see our purchases in our home.
Sincerely,
Marcia B
First time sales person taking care of us. When we first walked past him, he was just sitting on his phone - didn't acknowledge us. We asked questions about the sofa - he had no idea and needed to go ask someone. When we were ready to purchase, he was on his own still and had no idea how to use the computer system and couldn't check us out.
His sales demenor wasn't particularly bad - nor good. But you should have people alongside trainers until they're equipped to represent your company.

We had a house fire last year and were purchasing some of the items we had lost. The sales manager was very helpful showing us different options. It was a wonderful shopping experience.
The sales staff that we encountered were all personable and outgoing, but not the least bit pushy or overbearing. They all seemed to enjoy their job and to be genuinely interested in being helpful in our decision making. They each provided us with information that was pertinent to our situation. They each seemed to know about all of the items on the floor.
All staff was super attentive and helpful! I honestly think I'd still be aimlessly searching for a coach without their assistance! Such a great team and location!
Helpfully salesperson, good selection of products. Didn’t have exactly what we were looking for, but a good range of choices and competitive prices were a plus.
We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door, the items we got were sold at a very reasonable price. However, the salesman kept walking away and the other one was a little too pushy. Also the ladies in the billing dept was a little rude.
Abby was a great and very helpful sales associate. She was not pushy and answered all our questions. We found a good dining set deal!
All staff was helpful as a new salesman helped us purchase a living room set - his first sale! Everyone was pleasant, respectful, and efficient.
Destiny was great, kind and helpful. The GM Christy was very wonderful and helpful. I would recommend those 2
The sales person who helped us when we walked in was okay but the manager of sales was ridiculous! She kept asking for us to buy the warranty and other products! She kept asking to the point that it made my husband uncomfortable. She knew he was uncomfortable but still kept pushing! I will not be a future customer. Should cancel the whole order! I wish I knew her name because she needs reported!
