I received my item damaged

I received my item damaged. Holes and black ink all over the pants (?!). They are not reachable, only through automated forms on their website. The only possible solution seems to be to return the item and after they've received the item I can receive a new one. This will take weeks and what will I gain from it? I have to go through all of this effort to receive the same item (no discount, no immediate replacement) but then with weeks waiting and a lot of time spent filling in forms. I payed €110 to receive one (!) pair of pants. Just no. Why???

AVOID THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS

AVOID THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS! If I could give negative stars I would, buying clothing from this company was such a mistake. The customer service and policies are horrendous to say the least.

This brand is over hyped on instagram and raved about in the spiritual communities for their "goddess wear", it's a classic example of using spirituality to sell something and not following it up with any value. I had seen their clothes on people I knew and they are cute but I couldn't justify the prices for what they were advertising.(They don't use quality materials or natural dyes but are asking for 60 or more plus 20 shipping for a top. There are a lot of sustainable brands using organic materials selling tops for around the same price and those garments are handmade to last.)

I decided to order only because they were having a sale and I did like the styles of the tops. Well once I got the tops I realized the mistake I made, they look cheap from the material to the seams to the sizing. I ordered both a m/l and a l/xl and I assumed from the size chart that the l/xl would be big but to my surprise the bigger size barely fit and I only have a 36D chest? I compared the lengths of the strings and they are the same length on both tops, which doesn't allow any extra room to wrap around yourself as sizes go up. The tops are also cut so terribly, it looks like you're wearing a bikini and you have to wrap the tops so tight around you to just get some kind of coverage which makes the fabric dig into you. I thought it was just ill suited to larger chests (I also have quite wide shoulders) but my friend who has an A cup complained about the same thing.

I also noticed blue ink on the pink top I ordered, apparently it's chalk from the sewing process but they clearly don't do quality control if they'd send clothing out like that.

I messaged the company basically telling them the items are not as described and poorly made. I understand their return policy but this wasn't a "I changed my mind" return it was only being made because of the lack of quality and honestly how duped I felt. They went back and forth with me for two weeks, using condescending fluffy language. They took zero responsibility for the quality.

They manufacture in Bali and my belief if that they do that to source very low cost while selling for exorbitant amounts. The clothes look sweat shop quality and they are selling it for handmade prices. I'm not the only one who has this experience, a friend of mine also purchased during the sale and the expensive pants she got were super see through and they wouldn't own up to it or return them.

This brand acts as if they are selling handmade, made to order garments and it's simply untrue. I'm from a family of seamstresses and grew up with handmade clothing and this is not it. I also own clothing from sustainable/handmade companies and they do not have these issues.

The best part was when I realized they only had 5 star reviews, not even a 4 star which should have been a red flag to me. So I posted my own 1 star review and of course it never made it onto their site. When I asked them why, they said they filter them out before posting them to try to fix it with the customer. Yet they do nothing to actually help you or show they are a company that cares. Buying reviews and only posting the best ones doesn’t allow people to have a full view of what they’re investing in.

This company is a complete and total farse and has ZERO integrity. I would never ever recommend them to anyone, matter a fact I did the opposite on my social media platform. If you're on the fence about buying, just don't.
