Build quality was just ok, horrible instructions
Build quality was, just ok. Cheap plasticy core with some buttons that don't work on the saber itself. The instructions are generic and don't help at all as to the operation of the saber. It took like an hour to figure out how to just turn it on, now I need to figure out a number of the functions.
Exterior build quality is good, all metal and looks nice. If your looking for a saber id look elsewhere.

Please note that I'm available on the support chat to answer questions if you don't find your way around the saber. There's only one button for operating the saber. I also have a Youtube channel with many tutorials to help you get the hang of it.
Then your user manual will get you through it all, as all sabers with Xeno3 have the same functions, no matter the hilt. Only characters sabers each have their own specific hilt design, so the button always is in a different location compared to a standard dueling saber.
The core is plastic but shouldn't be cheap by any means. It's been built to withstand dueling use, as it is installed across all ranges of sabers, including those meant for academy training. You shouldn't have any issues with it.

Awesome service
Ordering was quick and easy. Sabre arrived much quicker than I expected. On receipt it was well packed, came in a lockable case and the sabre itself is exactly how I wanted it to be in terms of materials and accuracy. I initially had some questions and what I couldn't find in the YouTube tutorials I emailed and got very quick and in depth responses. Really impressed with the service and personal contact. Faulty Product but Great Support
Bought two lightsabers and encountered major issues with one of them (something to do with the activator button on the Anakin Revenge of the Sith replica); other one's been working fine. Got a lot of useful advice and information from the support chat, although I did decide to return the faulty one.

Nice dark sabre
The saber is well done, so as the neopixel blade. The only "flaw" is the blade a bit flimsy when mounted (but it could depend by the the custom blade shape for this particular model maybe).
The app is good but could improve, especially for the bluetoth link that isnt much stable.
Very appreciated the hard case the saber come with.
All in all, a good saber for the price, even if its a pity they dont have euro based stocking and thus there will be custom taxes to pay.
