Really good company
I love the salt box, their products are of really good quality. I got the bulk salk as I use it a lot in cooking, the packaging is great, although my only suggestion is perhaps they should sell big quantities in buckets not bags. Other than that i am pretty happy with what I got and the service I received, postage was affordable and arrived within days. I definitely recommend buying from this company.

The service
The service, packaging and delivery were all excellent. The only reserve I have is that I believe I ordered 'Roasted Garlic Salt' (as one of three items) but received 'Ghost Pepper' instead. Really liked the shopping experience however the item made my bath black and I had to really scrub it to clean it. If I knew this I would have purchased a different one.

Not happy with the packaging of my 10kg…
Not happy with the packaging of my 10kg sports soak. After taking the 10kg bag out of the bag it was delivered in I noticed that there was a cut in the bottom of the bag the product was in and the product was falling on my floor.
Can’t say how the hole came about, no hole in the bag it was delivered in.

Service was great, value for money great too. I experienced an issue where the packaging was broken when I received my goods and I ended up with a huge mess in my house. I respect that this may have happened in transit so not blaming you, just providing feedback.
