It wasn't great, I'm highly disappointed when I asked for a refund we must do al these steps before and it's not the first time, then they go ahead and just add a debit order every 7 days for credit when you maybe want to buy something
Wonderful customer service
I was guided to thescentclub.com website when trying to buy a pair of Birkenstock sandals on - what now turns out to be - a fraudulent website. When I realised what had happened, I immediately cancelled this membership, but a week later (within the 14 days cancellation period), I was charged 49,5€ and I panicked.. At this stage I reached out to thescentclub.com’s customer service via chat and was fortunately greatly helped by Lenor and Phoebe. They escalated this issue to their supervisor and managed to arrange for an exception on their standard terms and conditions - seen the circumstances. Now I’ve received a confirmation mail stating I’ll receive a full refund of these 49,5€ within the next 7-10 business days and that no further charges will be made. It was an unfortunate situation, but I’m grateful for the wonderful support and solutions offered by Lenor and Phoebe.

I didnt sign up for a subscription and company went into my account without consent. Fortunately the company got in touch to apologise for their error and offer a full refund.

After months and months of trying to stop a subscription to the scent club and numerous attempts of what I call blackmail to change my review I’ve failed and they are still removing money from my account and still offering to reimburse my money if I change the rating on my review to 4 or 5 stars
Awful experience
First of all, my partner purchased a scent club subscription for me to be gifted on my birthday. The gift email did not arrive until 3 days after my bday, which was extremely upsetting for my partner as it was her only gift.
After a system error where no subscription was showing on my account, I attempted to contact scent club who claim “24-hour replies”. My email, instagram message, and contact through website were all ignored for over 7 days.
After threatening to take the matter to fair trade, they finally responded and said they ‘do not respond to threats’ and cancelled my so called subscription.
Do yourself a favour and use scent box. Not this poorly run business.

I have had a very poor experience
I have had a very poor experience. Without my knowledge, a recurring subscription was initiated and money regularly taken from my bank account. The company’s refunds policy gives discretion for a case by case approach to enable an appropriate refund. As soon as I was aware of the issue I made contact. I sort a full refund. This has not been forthcoming.

Issue resolved
I had an issue recently, Josh in customer support resolved this satisfactorily after a few emails going backwards and forwards, glad it was resolved to my satisfaction

I don’t know how they have done this but the Scent club have taken 2x payments from my account without my authorisation, I have never heard of the scent club before I noticed the payments from my account.
I had to look them up to find out who they were and close my account with them.
I’m trying to contact the bank to try to reverse the payment as the scent club refuse to return my money.
They do have a 24hr phone line but this does not work.
Since writing my review I have been refunded £7.87 but have also found other payments they have taken from me.
I did receive an email from the scent club stating that if I edited my original review I would receive a refund that’s a bit like black mail if you ask me.

SCAM
SCAM! Watch out you will be signing up to a subscription to receive nothing. They used my IP to say I have won a prize (I clicked through a Facebook ad) the offer was 24 cans of redbull and a redbull fridge for £2 . Only after going through the pages to give your details for delivery to receive it appears then after entering card details you have actually signed up for a subscription to scent.com billed again in 3 days for £48 for nothing . Complete scam and reported to Facebook and my bank

I had a wrong transaction with this…
I had a wrong transaction with this page & it was £42.67 which is not a less amount. I was very shocked and sad. Then I contracted with their customer service & one of them talked with me & confirm me that I'll get my money back. But honestly saying I was not getting sure with it. But yeah finally after 8-10 days of confirmation I got my money back which was amazing. Now I can say they are trusted and happy with it. Thanks.
