Good customer service
While browsing thru for products I chanced upon Scent club & their offers. Upon clicking on the link my subscription was automatically updated & I was charged subscription fees. I tried to cancel it at that point but was unable to do so. This was very frustrating. However, a few months later, Scent club reached out to me about the incident & have agreed to refund all the charges. This is good customer service & much appreciated 👍🏽
