A pleasant surprise
A friend recommended using The Scent Reserve. I did some research and decided to give it a go. I am very pleased I did. The perfumes are very good and smell exactly like the original. From order to delivery was so quick.
Unfortunately there was a leak from one of our bottles. Pedro has been incredibly helpful and efficient. He has responded to my emails immediately and has informed me of what he has done to rectify the situation and what will happen next. Excellent service, I am very impressed at such good service.

Great after sales support. One item I ordered was half full when delivered. It leaked during transit. Emailed customer service and they sent a replacement rught away.

Top notch customer service
I ordered a bundle from the scent reserve at the start of the month and there was an issue with Evri losing my order in transit so I emailed the customer services on Sunday and Pedro answered in record speed which shocked me as it was around 1am! And he sorted out getting my items reordered and sent out again! They arrived today (Tuesday) so shout out to Pedro being a legend going above and beyond!

Second to none
This is the second time I have ordered from this company and their customer service is second to none. Not only are their products great value and so true to the perfumes they are inspired by, but they arrived so quickly. There was a minor issue with one of the bottles I ordered and Pedro replied to my email within the hour and resolved the problem straight away. Would definitely recommend this company for price, quality and service.
