Had a little problem with the delivery service but wasn’t scent reserves fault. as soon as I got in touch Pedro helped me with the problem. Very kind, fast acting and problem solved. Completely went out there way to help. Great company. Great perfumes and aftershaves.

Made my second purchase with TSR couple…
Made my second purchase with TSR couple weeks back. The experience was lovely. I received my package, lovely fragrance. Stacey and Lily were quite helpful, went over and beyond in assisting me with an issue. Had some leakage with 108 and 477, both bottles were replaced. I wasn't expecting that. So yea, I would recommend. The prefumes smell lovely. Timely delivery and communication with the company was superb.

Quick delivery but disappointing product
Unfortunately the item does not smell like the scent it is inspired by which surely is the whole point of buying it, so only one star here but you get a second because it did at least turn up quickly but because the scent was so wrong I've dropped back to one star

Good value for money, not too sure about the accuracy of a couple of what i ordered but for an every day wear would deffo reccomend.

I was always sceptical about companies…
I was always sceptical about companies or people selling fragrances on line, I have bought before and been very disappointed, so along came scent reserve, boy what a difference, my partner and I wore ours for the first time today, I only received my order yesterday, and receiving positive comments about fragrances being so clear and precise, I hope this never goes away because I will certainly be ordering a lot more in the very near future, thank you Scent Reserve and Pedro of course.

scent reserve fragrances
Finally got my scent reserve after the first shipment didn't get to me think it was down to evri poor delivery service, but got hold of scent reserve and spoke to Pedro on email and was sent out another shipment he was very helpful and also tracked my second shipment and kept me upto date. The fragrances i ordered definitely seem to be like the real scents but only started to use it yesterday so time will tell weather the fragrances last or not.

Phenomenal customer service!
I've ordered from the Scent Reserve before and been very happy with my purchase. This past weekend, I made my second order (this time for four bottles) and the order arrived today (2 days after ordering). All of the scents are amazing, though I had an issue with one of the bottles. I contacted customer services (around 7pm) and explained my issue. No more than 10 minutes later, I had a reply from a member of the team - Pedro - who apologised for the issue and resolved my problem instantly, issuing a replacement that has already been packed and is ready to send tomorrow. Second to none, customer service!
