Thanks to Stewart at thescooter.shop I…

Thanks to Stewart at thescooter.shop I now have original replacement tyres for my Kugoo Kirin M4 pro.
Fitting the original Hota 80/65-6 tyres is so much easier than trying to fit the Tuovt 10x3.0's that I was offered elsewhere, that are wider and don't fit.
Excellent and speedy service.

Employees at this store are very…

Employees at this store are very professional and knowledgeable about their product. Brought and older scooter that they do not sell and they contacted the manufacturer to get the replacement parts. They repaired this scooter and had it back to me in a timely fashion.

AAA* service! Recommend over Ebay, Amazon etc

Really happy with the service I received from the scooter shop! I asked a range of questions to the chap I spoke to (Stewart) and he is incredibly knowledgeable and takes great care with his customers.

I've spoken to many sellers on Amazon, Ebay etc and they are mainly clueless and not actually based in the UK or registered businesses.

10/10 - support local business!

Great Service and quick delivery.

Had a problem with the scooter on/ off button, Call the shop they arranged a straight swap ASAP, They even meet me half way so I did not have to travel far the next day.

Great Scooter great service would buy for these again

VERY BAD SERVICE DO NOT USE

Paid for next day delivery, item still not arrived a week later, asked for refund on delivery charge but still not received, they did not seem interested that we have paid for goods and still received nothing, out of pocket and no goods, VERY BAD DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Further to your response below, you were not interested in helping at any stage, just to clarify it was you that was swearing down the phone at me when I stated that I would assume that when I opted for next day delivery I assumed that the item would be delivered next day. If you have since changed the delivery options that you offer it was only that was what was suggested to you during our conversation. 10 days later and still no items or refund and no communication, very unsatisfactory customer service!

Customer purchased on a Friday and selected Royal Mail 24 for £1 . Called the next day, Saturday to talk at great length about how they didn't care that there was a pandemic or that it was Christmas or that it's been in the news that some deliveries were delayed by royal mail.

DPD was not selected at checkout which is a guaranteed next day service.

Royal mail tracking shows delivered on the Monday.
Since then they have made no contact about the parcel not arriving, instead left us this review with a fabrication about us swearing...

Customer has been refunded as we want nothing more to do with them. (takes 5 working days)

Note to customer. Appologies that you are not happy with our service. I was nothing but polite. To have that level of verbal and rudeness and then these lies on our trust pilot, shocking really.

There is a pandemic and it is Christmas so the postal system is slower than normal, if you require express weekend delivery, select that option. We are a small business and try our best to exceed customers expectations. However you can't please everyone.

What a find "Thescooter.shop"

Rang the scooter shop before I purchased the Kugoo M4 Pro, Stuart was very helpful, super fast tracked next day delivery. All working out of the box. UK company with a warranty I can rely on.

Reliable and knowledgeable

They are reliable and sent the exact items I needed for my electric scooter to replace the inertube.
I will definitely be ordering from these again for my scooter items.

Fantastic service and very helpful

Fantastic service and very helpful. Will defiantly shop hear again. Great communication and has sorted out every problem and issue I have had. If you need an electric scooted then this is the place to go. Highly recommended.
