Order never arrived
Ordered a hooverboard end of Nov was dispatched quickly but never arrived after many messages and calls (no one ever returned my calls or messages) finally spoke to someone who said they had a problem with the Hermes wouldn't send out a new one and would refund me which he did that day but leaving me 9 days before Christmas without the main present for my 7 old son I spent a long time researching hooverboards b4 deciding on buying from the scooter market not a happy customer.

You ordered an item from our website, as you quoted “it was dispatched quickly” we sent you the tracking information, the delivery company Hermes which we have now stopped doing business with refused to deliver your parcel and stole it, We took responsibility of the loss, refunded your £129.99 but yet you still think we deserve a two star review because of something that’s totally not our fault ? we took a big loss on your order £129.99, we apologise for the inconvenience caused but you should understand that it was totally out of our control, regarding calls and messages, we are a very small two man run company and we put a lot of effort in getting everything right but it takes a lot of resources and work, you should consider editing this, thank you

Quick and easy
Bought a hover board and kart at the best price I've seen anywhere.
I'd ordered it Wednesday morning and had it delivered by Saturday dinnertime.
Brilliant service can't wait for my boy to open it on Christmas day.

I purchased this cart as a present
I purchased this cart as a present so I have not opened it up as it is wrapped for xmas, so the only review is on purchasing this from the seller who was very helpful to me, he even helped out when my voucher code would not go through and refunded my delivery, he went beyond of what was expected as a seller and I would most defiantly order again, 5 stars all the way 👍🏻👍🏻
