ordered 2 issues and never got them. Dozens of emails without answer. The customer service doesn't exist.

Never received a copy of the issue (Totti) I ordered. E-mails and comments on Instagram remain unanswered. To me, this company is a scam.

I'd echo what others have said - the magazine itself is great and when it arrives it's all good, but the customer service is non-existent.

I have a long-running, rolling subscription and have had a couple of problems this year. One issue arrived completely soaked through, and after some chasing they did send a replacement. I had another issue that was meant to arrive late July and raised this early August, they claimed a replacement had been sent which also didn't show up. I've been chasing this every few days but they're now ignoring me, not had any direct emails since 3rd September. They are more than happy to spam me with e-mails asking me to buy the latest issues though...

Come across a couple of these magazines via a friend and loved them. Instantly signed up to a subscription and was told the next magazine would be released on 1st July 2025. When signing up you’re asked if you want to pay for tracking (but this is costly) and seeing as they’re sent via Royal Mail within the UK, I felt this additional high cost shouldn’t be necessary. 1st July comes and I hear nothing. For days. Weeks. Finally around 18 July, I receive an email saying my magazine (Atletico Madrid) has been dispatched. But it’s now 5th August and I have received no magazine. I have emailed their customer service/contact us email address 3 times over the past few weeks and have just been ignored. No response whatsoever. Unfortunately this feels like a scam operation to me. Was shocked to read similar experiences on here. Surprised they’re allowed to continue to get away with taking people’s money, not deliver the product, and then simply ignore emails. I’ll stick to buying the very nice magazines 2nd hand from people who were fortunate enough to receive them 😏

5 for the amazingly written magazines, but the delivery /aftercare and support are awful so 1 star for everything else.

I've been buying these books for a long time and have over 20. I have complaining previously that the packaging used to distribute these was cheap and the books would arrive in an awful condition. They've since gone back to cardboard but even then the most recent issues I bought were delivered in a sorry state with marked pages /dog ears. I have emailed the company to ask to replace these as they are not cheap magazines in the slightest, but it's been nearly a week with no response at all after multiple mails. Sadly massively gone downhill and I will not be buying more until they sort their act out.

Ordered 4 magazines over a month ago and since there’s only been a vague response saying that the items have been posted via Royal Mail but nothing was actually delivered nor a tracking number was provided. Judging by the other comments here, this is clearly a pattern and just a scam - avoid at all costs.

I placed an order weeks ago and paid for 2-5 day shipping - after nearly two weeks the order hadn't arrived so I contacted them. I eventually received a response blaming the Royal Mail and was told another item would be posted out on Tuesday when they post all items (strange given that they offer a 1-2 day shipping service) after a further week the item still hasn't arrived and I now await a further resolution from them. Customer service has been lacking and blame placed elsewhere rather than taking accountability. I can see I'm not the only one with this issue though. Seems to be a scam. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I placed an order on January 9th 2025 which includes three items. I received one item in electronic format. I did not receive the other two items. Sent three emails and have never received a response. Extremely disappointing. The most annoying thing is they keep sending marketing emails about their other products.

Is this a scam ? Ordered a 4 magazine subscription on 11 Jan but to date nothing. Also like another reviewer chased them up and had email correspondence with Omar who said exactly the same to me as he did to the other reviewer. No response since. Have raised it as an issue with Shop but am not hopeful of seeing my money again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Atrocious customer service. I ordered 3 magazines start of January and paid for tracking, never received any tracking details or confirmation of delivery status. Weeks past it's original estimated delivery date and still no sign of delivery or tracking details.

The MD Omar Saleem eventually wrote back to emails saying that package should have arrived, he still did not provide tracking number from Royal Mail though.

Said would send out replacement copy but clearly has not and judging by the rest of the reviews does he intend to. They clearly did not send out any deliveries in the 1st place hence why no tracking details provided.

I will be following up with my bank and seeking legal advise to look to make sure they're held accountable for malpractice and for what is a scam.

Mail the MD if anyone is curious and whats to escalate their complaints from X to more direct as they do not have a customer service employee monitoring support

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered three prints in December, payment taken in full at time of order. Still waiting for delivery. Have e-mailed several times with no response. Left message on Twitter asking for a reply and have now been blocked by them! They have stolen my money and there is no way of contacting them. Do not buy from this company!

Won’t stop harassing me after a single purchase. Unsubscribed a dozen times wont stop emailing me now blocked.

Ordered a magazine for May 2023, never arrived. Have spent the time since trying to organise a replacement but I've not received a response in a year now, they couldn't care less. I understand things go wrong, but ignoring your customers is classless.

I've been a customer of thesefootballtimes for a number of years but something has gone very wrong recently.

I did not receive the Everton and Uruguay magazines whiich according to my records I should have as I had a valid subscription which I renewed in February 2024 (when I still had one remaining from my previous subscription).

When I contacted them regarding this via email and their support contact on their web page (which says you will receive a response within 72 hours) I have heard nothing.

At the very least I should receive a refund for the two magazines missed or an explanation of what has happened.

I have been a customer for a number of years and have purchased a large number of magazines and intended to continue and purchase all of the reprints. However, enough is enough, I will NOT be renewing my subscription due to the abysmal service I have received over the last few months.

This is a shame as the magazine is excellent and until the last few months the service has been fine.

Judging by the number of poor reviews that have been posted over the last two months, with none before this, I see I am not alone in experiencing these issues.

Customer service is one of the worst I’ve had experience with. An order I placed just under 3 months ago never arrived, payment was of course taken and their support email got back to me six weeks ago now saying a replacement would be sent out which clearly hasn’t happened.

Since then I’ve tried to contact them numerous times via email and through their account on X/Twitter (which they’re very active on) asking about my order or for a refund and have received silence.

I’ve purchased approximately 20 issues but will be avoiding in the future after this experience and won’t be purchasing again.

Very frustrating as the product is a good product but not worth it incase anything goes wrong and they essentially steal your money which has happened in my case.

The content and material provided by TFT is excellent, it really is - artwork et al, when there's no hiccups. However there is a distinct lack of customer support when things don't arrive or there's an issue when purchasing online. I have lost around £20 across two orders because of a magazine not arriving and checkout problems recently but no acknowledgment or response from TFT email contact details on their site. It's not good enough and I may inform their writers on X that this is happening and who this should be escalated to, and if they are even aware of this failing? It's a shame as it's a problem that could be easily remedied.

I recently ordered four magazines, together with a four issue subscription (total cost £98.00 + £19.00 delivery) on 23 July; the order was finally despatched on 9 August; however, when it arrived, it only included one magazine, not the five I was expecting; I therefore followed up several times with their customer services using the email address provided, but never received any response. I am now following up with my credit card provider, to try and get a refund.

I recently ordered the Paul Gascoigne edition from These Football Times, the magazine never arrived. I have emailed the support team twice in relation to this, with not even a hint of a reply.

Had I been given the option, 0 stars would be my rating. My advice would be not to order from this company.

A very disappointing experience.
