Having ordered multiple magazines from…

Having ordered multiple magazines from them a few years ago I recently ordered the latest Sampdoria magazine as well as the Totti reissue a week after. After a week or so I received a dispatch email both dispatched on the same day, Totti reissue arrived no problems but no sign of the Sampdoria issue. An email to them with no reply at all, seems to be a common theme. Really poor customer service which is a real shame. Update, no responses, nothing. Yet they continue to push up emails on upcoming products.

DO NOT PURCHASE

I wish I can attached screenshot of this business. Omar Saleem who owns this, is not a honest man. I purchased his magazine in December 2025 and it is now April 2026. I have not receive my order, the last update I had was “order on it way” which was in January 2026 but at last and behold. Omar has not been replying to my email for update. However he is busy posting stuff on his social and buying fake follower/comments.

If he actually make time delivering promise of giving customer their order instead leaving us high and dry. He has also been deleting comments of frustrated customer about their order update. That says a lot about him! Even if he has not deleted your comments, he will block you.

Advice to all football enthusiasts. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

Please make a report to 0808 223 1133, the more people call about this business will eventually stop Omar from stealing money from people

Ordered a digital copy

Ordered a digital copy of their magazine and an still waiting for an email to download the magazine.
I've emailed them multiple times during this month and no response.

Their customer service is shocking.

I ordered the Sporting CP magazine and…

I ordered the Sporting CP magazine and had to change the delivery address: the customer support was top-notch. It arrived perfectly here in Lisbon. Everything was smooth and easy. And the magazine is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

Took my money and run

Fantastic quality magazines, but a disgraceful customer service.
I signed up for the rolling subscription in April last year. I received the Villa, Atleti and Porto editions but had to chase them every time.
I have not received either the Sporting or Goalkeepers issues. I have been emailing them daily for the past month and no responses. Similarly I’ve tried messaging them via social media.
I note they’ve gone into administration so they’ve taken my money and run.

Shocking customer service and poor delivery

The magazine is well written and a fantastic read but delivery and customer service are terrible. Ordered a magazine, paid for tracking but it never arrived. Contacted customer service several times to request the tracking number, received one reply but no tracking number. No further response received. This is the 2nd magazine out of my last 3 orders that didn't arrive. Stopped ordering them unfortunately.

Product is superb, as is service

I’ve had no issue. The quality of the magazine speaks for itself. Not sure why there’s negativity. Had one issue with the postal service leaving it in the rain but they replaced the copy immediately.

Abysmal Customer Service

Nice magazine and I’ve been a long time collector, but the customer service has been absolutely awful.

I never received the Francesco Totti issue despite multiple attempts to contact them. After repeated requests, they’ve simply chosen to ignore me, taking my money but not delivering the magazine.

I tried to resolve this politely and patiently, but I’ve been left with no choice but to give up.

It’s especially disappointing because I was just one issue away from completing my collection. Sadly, I’ll be boycotting the magazine going forward. A real shame, because the product itself is good but the support is non-existent so pray you don't have any issues.

Scam company

Scam company, ordered early December, received confirmation but no item, no response from my emails to customer service and when I left a comment on their instagram they deleted it! Such a shame of a company, stealing money from customers

TOTAL SCAM

I ordered five magazines from These Football Times in October 2024 and paid £100 including shipping (Order TFT54868).
I received an order confirmation and a dispatch email but never received the items. No tracking information was provided and no delivery was attempted at my address.
I contacted the company several times over the following months asking for help, but received no response at all. Despite this, I continued to receive marketing emails from the same company.
After public pressure on social media, the seller briefly replied, claimed the order was untracked, and said they would contact Royal Mail. No proof of delivery, tracking reference, refund or replacement was ever provided, and communication stopped again.
I later found multiple similar complaints from other customers reporting the same pattern of non-delivery and lack of customer support.
To date, I have neither received the magazines nor been refunded. The matter has now been formally reported to Action Fraud UK.

If I could have given zero stars I…

If I could have given zero stars I would.
After ordering two weeks ago and receiving the confirmation email nothing has happened. No dispatch, no order update, no response to emails to customer service. Based on other reviews it seems a similar experience. I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs!

Never received a copy of the issue (Totti) I ordered. E-mails and comments on Instagram remain unanswered. To me, this company is a scam.

Great magazine, awful customer service

I'd echo what others have said - the magazine itself is great and when it arrives it's all good, but the customer service is non-existent.

I have a long-running, rolling subscription and have had a couple of problems this year. One issue arrived completely soaked through, and after some chasing they did send a replacement. I had another issue that was meant to arrive late July and raised this early August, they claimed a replacement had been sent which also didn't show up. I've been chasing this every few days but they're now ignoring me, not had any direct emails since 3rd September. They are more than happy to spam me with e-mails asking me to buy the latest issues though...

Such a shame… beware!

Come across a couple of these magazines via a friend and loved them. Instantly signed up to a subscription and was told the next magazine would be released on 1st July 2025. When signing up you’re asked if you want to pay for tracking (but this is costly) and seeing as they’re sent via Royal Mail within the UK, I felt this additional high cost shouldn’t be necessary. 1st July comes and I hear nothing. For days. Weeks. Finally around 18 July, I receive an email saying my magazine (Atletico Madrid) has been dispatched. But it’s now 5th August and I have received no magazine. I have emailed their customer service/contact us email address 3 times over the past few weeks and have just been ignored. No response whatsoever. Unfortunately this feels like a scam operation to me. Was shocked to read similar experiences on here. Surprised they’re allowed to continue to get away with taking people’s money, not deliver the product, and then simply ignore emails. I’ll stick to buying the very nice magazines 2nd hand from people who were fortunate enough to receive them 😏

5 for the amazingly written magazines, 1 for everything else

5 for the amazingly written magazines, but the delivery /aftercare and support are awful so 1 star for everything else.

I've been buying these books for a long time and have over 20. I have complaining previously that the packaging used to distribute these was cheap and the books would arrive in an awful condition. They've since gone back to cardboard but even then the most recent issues I bought were delivered in a sorry state with marked pages /dog ears. I have emailed the company to ask to replace these as they are not cheap magazines in the slightest, but it's been nearly a week with no response at all after multiple mails. Sadly massively gone downhill and I will not be buying more until they sort their act out.

Scam - ordered and never received a magazine

Ordered 4 magazines over a month ago and since there’s only been a vague response saying that the items have been posted via Royal Mail but nothing was actually delivered nor a tracking number was provided. Judging by the other comments here, this is clearly a pattern and just a scam - avoid at all costs.
