Almost felt like an early birthday present! The package came in a custom drawer box with the goodies all well wrapped! Sarah seems to really took her time and effort to put the items together according to my taste and profession. Loving it!

Personalized, Fast and Efficient Service
It started off with a personalized message sent via WhatsApp to me a couple of weeks before Christmas by Sarah, the stylist, from The Shirt Bar.
The message was genuine and personalized to catch my attention. Thereafter, it was just pure excellent customer service. It was fast, prompt and to the point (especially good for people who have packed schedules). I enjoy every reply and answers from Sarah and the clothes were delivered right to my door steps to allow me to try it out at the comfort of my time and home.
Besides that, the beautiful and neat package came with a personalized message from Sarah (as if it was a present from a friend). There were step by step instructions on what to do in the event if I do not like any of the clothes or if I only like a few of them.
The whole process is so smooth and enjoyable. I would give this service 2 thumbs up, especially to Sarah. Good way to keep a customer.
