There's a very impressive range of footwear from specialist children's shoe companies around Europe ensuring that the selection is both of the highest quality as well as unique. They cater for first steps right through to secondary school and stock all types of footwear from school shoes to party shoes, from wellies to slippers! The super-friendly staff are all fully trained in the art of shoe fitting and take extreme care to find the perfect shoe for every child. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are endlessly patient. They go out of their way to make each visit to The Shoe Station a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The toy and gift areas of the shop are brimming with gorgeous and unusual ideas. It's the perfect place to shop for presents for children of all ages. There's a gorgeous range of wooden toys, role play goodies, jigsaw puzzles, construction toys, a fabulous arts and crafts selection, science kits, beautiful baby toys and much more. The greetings cards are equally carefully chosen and impressive. The accessory offering covers basic school socks, tights and hair products, sports bits and pieces, through to adorable and hard-to-find special occasion items. The Shoe Station is a hidden gem, yet it's so accessible being only a stone's throw from Kew Gardens underground station and there's parking immediately outside of the shop.

Prompt and efficient
I placed my order online at the weekend and was called Monday mid-morning to say the shoes were ready for collection. I went in that afternoon, gave my name and order details, and the shoes were ready for me. Service was friendly and polite. I liked that there was the option to pay in store on collection instead of having to pay in advance.

Wow The Shoe Station! I discovered this little gem by chance online and I’m so happy I did! Took us an hour to get there on the train but this was genuinely the best and most relaxing kids shoe shopping experience I’ve had in 7 years of kids shoe shopping! Zoe, you were truly brilliant, so amazing with my two, so patient and incredibly knowledgeable. We felt in excellent, expert hands. The shoe selection is impressive and the fact that you sit on an actual wooden train to be measured/fitted (and there’s a gorgeous Brio set-up to keep them entertained too) well wow, my two are most definitely sold on our next visit! Beautiful kids toy shop too and lovely communication from all the staff. Thank you so much and see you again soon for sandals!

Great service, shoes arrived quickly in brown paper which was impressive. will use again, if needed as I have a fussy son needing size 9 school shoes and I searched the UK internet & this was the store that had them.

Great little children gift and shoe shop in Kew
Great little gift and shoe shop in Kew. I ordered stationary online and got a call from them the next morning to let me know my order was ready to collect. Easy process, well priced and great customer service.

Best shoe shop in the area
Best shoe shop in the area. My daughter has very hard to fit feet and this is the only shop where we reliably find shoes that fit well and are comfortable. The staff are really friendly and the range is excellent.
