Great sales team

Great sales team that helped me with my cancellation and was very reactive. Even agreed to refund me when they charged me for a subscription I didn't asked for. If you have any problem, just send an email and they will help you.

Scam

Somehow arrived on this site through a link for purchasing trainers. I'd assumed this was the fulfillment merchant, so went ahead with the shoe order. All I then got was a receipt for 'VIP Membership' which I hadn't ordered and had no interest in. After chatting with an agent online, my membership was cancelled and I was told I hadn't been charged. My credit card then was charged and I've just spoken to them again. After initially claiming that refunds aren't possible for previous Membership, they did agree to refund. Just waiting to see if the money arrives. If it doesn't, I'll downgrade this review to 1 star. I see from other reviews that I'm not the only one to have had this experience. AVOID.

Update: They have refunded my money. However, they are now constantly writing to me to ask me to take this review down. As they're unable (or unwilling) to explain how I ended up on their website, I'm leaving it up.
