Great sales team that helped me with my cancellation and was very reactive. Even agreed to refund me when they charged me for a subscription I didn't asked for. If you have any problem, just send an e... See more

SCAM WEBSITE

This website is a scam, it came up as a pop-up while I was trying to pay for something else and then attempted to charge my card further for what I'm assuming is a membership fee.
On questioning this with their customer support bots, they asked me to give a 4 or 5 star review on TrustPilot and to mention "Sara" in order to receive a refund for my original payment. They then checked whether I had done this or not, and told me that a refund could not be processed as I had not.

Scam

This was linked to cleverly from a marketing site. They took a couple of Euros then signed me upo for some subscription which I didnt want or request. It was just done.
Then requested they remove it and they said 14 days to do that but that takes you over the next payment for the subscription. its a scam.

A lot of the recent short "reviews" also look somewhat fake based on timing and content in an effort to boost their rating

As a follow up they have written to me asking me to take this review down which I will not until they change their marketing tactics.
they also said it was clear the subscription was in the Ts&Cs which it may have been but the payment initially was not made via their website it was due to the scam nature of their payment page appearing after another payment to a different site apparently failed.
They also asked for updated credit card info as I cancelled my card following the earlier issues - no way were they getting that and they do not need it for a refund - I dread to think what they would do with this information - the payment can be refunded to the old card and they can use transaction ids to get that - they dont have a clue how payment systems work.
The whole lot is a mess.

Avoid this company at all costs. From the looks of it, they have dodgy marketing linking to back end scam systems which trick you into the initial payment when another payment fails - then set up a subscription.

UPDATE: They have not refunded anything they said they would. They also sent a significant number of emails asking me to remove thisreview which i will not do as it accurately reflects their business practices as said by others.

Last update 12-Aug2025. So they did eventually refund the money after 5 months. Bieber they have not confirmed that the illegal setting up of recurring payments through scam payment services has been stopped so please avoid this company like the plague

Recent reviews also look dodgy based on time and content - Truspilot have also flagged this themselves.
