The confusion with this company is it appears to be run under three Names IE: PANTHER,AIT & SHOP AT HOME, trying to contact them you are pushed by pillar to post from one company to another all denying there fault.We brought a cooker from SHP which AIT delivered but was smashed glass upon starting to unpack. Trying to make contact was an absolute nightmare eventually having to contact Pay Pal to get our money back(fantastic Service) after two weeks the cooker was collected by AIT & shop at home said money would be refunded via pay pal which it has been "yeah" but as i previously said a very mixed up company i paid SHP for the cooker uponcomplaining i had emails from panther AIT & SHT all denying fault very poor companies & customer service absolutely APPAULLING will never deal wit them again.

Literally came straight in, put the washing machine where I ask them to and walked out again, that simple, amazing... But I will say, hello, how's your day going wood be nice ...okay? 👍

I purchased an oven from this company, the oven arrived, it was severely damaged, I mean the back caved in, the doors don't open etc, I contacted the company and had no response. I then went through PayPal as they offer buyer protection but the seller has asked me to return the item at a cost to me between £100-200 and they will give me a full refund... Oh I did get an email from them stating that they would pick it up and refund my money Well I am sorry under the consumer act 2015 if an item arrives damaged it is down to the seller to collect and refund. My wife is 78 and we have not had an oven for almost three weeks and she is extremely stressed. It appears that this company will not do the right thing and are pushing in to the small claims court to get this sorted.
I certainly will not but off them again, you make up your own minds....

I’ve ordered from this company three times, and every single time something went wrong.

I ordered a silver fridge but got a black one instead. The dishwasher arrived used, with food stuck inside the pipes, salt inside, and even some broken parts. As for the washing machine — I never received it at all. They couldn’t deliver it for two weeks.

Communication is terrible. You have to message them every day just to get any kind of response. They refunded me for the washing machine without even contacting me or apologising.

Honestly, a terrible company. I will never order from them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I have to admit, despite the lack of communication through emails, if you want to get in touch use the chat on the website and someone will respond to you quite fast. I’ve ordered an american fridge freezer grade C which I was worried would have a lot of visual marks. To my surprise the fridge had only one scuff, easy to hide. The fridge it self works absolutely amazing! Despite slower communication it was delivered 4 days after placing the order. Overall I would recommend. Great product and great price!

brought a tumble dryer, it soon developed a fault ,it was noisy and leaking water from the bottom ruining a Newley laid floor, contacted via email and at first got a quick response asking further details which i sent then nothing despite many further emails looking like i will have to take it further , small claims or through bank.

Purchased a cooker for £250 with a 1 year warranty, can't believe I saved almost £300!!

I just had a very positive experience with THESHPATHOME's customer service. I ordered two pairs of headphones a few days ago, which were delivered very quickly. Since one pair had a manufacturing defect in the microphone, I requested a return today via email. Customer service refunded me the full purchase within an hour, without me having to return the headphones. Therefore, I believe they offer excellent value for money, fast delivery and outstanding customer service.

Very good price for a display model TV. 12 month warranty, no noticeable marks on the TV and a saving of £250 over new.

Lost a star because the packaging was ok, but no better and it was sent with the wrong stand. I would expect the correct stand to be sent the same day the issue was raised but it wasn't and then when it did arrive, it had the wrong screws. Luckily I found some in the garage that fitted.

I did not received the computer that I have ordered.
It came in a very dissatisfactory condition. When I unpacked the product there were crumbs all over the PC keyboard! Also it came with minor damage and it should have been a 2018 model instead I have received a 2017 model.

Defective product delivered, have made contact by email twice, seven days in still awaiting response?

Brought a ex display dishwasher arrived fine, look ok, a few scuff mark no biggie, worked fine for a few months then broke with error code F41, contacted company was told a replacement would be sent luvly jubly! Replacement arrived, it didn’t look as nice as my previous dishwasher sadly but it seemed to be working however dishwasher rack is really bent. I contacted company was told to bend the spokes back which has resulted into more damage. Now I am in limbo as they have seized contact so very disappointing. Companies like this is why people buy brand new so very sad & frustrating.
