From start to finish, The Shutter Studio has been brilliant to work with—I went with another company first & they took my deposit & then I couldn't get hold of them. Thankfully, The Shutter Studio honoured their quote. I can’t thank them enough. Charley handled the measuring and fitting, and he was absolutely fantastic—precise, skilled, and tidy - just wished I went with my gut instant when he came to measure up.

Great experience with Brandon when completing the survey for our shutters, no sales pressure and was very thorough in explaining everything and answering our questions. Mark did our installation and was very professional, skilled, tidy and with perfect workmanship. We absolutely love our shutters! They look stunning and are great quality. We would 100% reccomend them.

Had my shutters fitted in September and have to say we absolutely love them, they made such a difference to our home. They are so well made and look sleek and stylish. Amazing experience using this business for my shutters. My windows are very very big but received a reasonable quote. The employees there are very friendly and explain everything you need to know clearly and in dept for when they come round to measure / for a consultation. Fitting is really quick as well. Overall, a great experience and would have no hesitation in using this business for shutters on my other household windows

We visited the showroom @ polhill garden centre. Sam was very informative on explaining the different types of shutters available.We arranged a home visit and he took his time in ensuring that we had exactly what type of shutters that we wanted.
Mark and Katie the fitter and his co-assistant done a fantastic job, they were very professional and done an excellent job in fitting them around the house. They look fantastic from the inside and have great kerb appeal from the outside. We could not be more pleased. Great work thank you.

From the first time I saw shutters, in the home of a client (over 10 years ago), I liked them. I decided there and then that one day I will have shutters fitted in my home.
Earlier this year, a friend showed me a video of shutters recently fitted in her friend’s home by the Shutter Studio. Shortly after, I contacted them and arranged for a quote. Prior to their engineer visit, I went to the Shutter Studio showroom to get an idea of the shutters available.
On the 23.03.24, their engineer Joe visited and I was shown different makes and types of shutters as well as was given an estimated time of delivery.
Just over three weeks ago, on 25.07.24, I had my shutters fitted by George. He arrived at the agreed time, fitted the shutters with due care and attention including cleaned up as he went along. My shutters are absolutely beautiful giving my home a whole different feel.
I would highly recommend The Shutter Studio to family, friends and anyone interested in having shutters fitted.

This a review for the Shirley, Croydon branch. We’ve used Shutter Studio before and have been really happy. I’ve done roller blinds, shutters, truefit and perfect fit blinds and they are all fab. They strike the balance just right between really good quality materials, service and installation balanced with price. I’m sure they aren’t the cheapest, but not most expensive either. They start by measuring everything, so later you can decide from a whole range of options, not just what you originally called for. I found they excelled at offering you a range of solutions for your project, taking time to go through pros and cons of different options, materials, ease of use, maintenance going forward, so you can make a solid informed decision…. Each project we’ve done has been different and we are really pleased. Great people to talk to, always available to go through any queries, nothing is too much trouble, and they keep you informed of timings, delivery, installation etc.

The Shutter Studio recently installed a Phantom fly screen in front of my bifold door. The service from enquiry to fitting was exemplary and the screen matches the door exactly. Roberto and Olly did a truly excellent job installing the screen. I can now leave the doors open to let the cool air in without letting in flies and mosquitoes. My only regret is not getting the screen sooner.

Recently had my lovely black shutters installed, I usually don’t leave reviews but am so happy with the service from both Matt who gave excellent guidance at the quotation stage to the installation by George. Lovely company to work with and will definitely be using them again once I’ve had my patio door installed

A very professional and reliable local company. Was interested in installing a fly screen and was visited by Matt, who was courteous and attentive throughout his evaluation. He was ever so polite as his took time to go over all the important details.

Highly recommended - Simply a first class customer experience from first contact, through the measurement and quote process, to the installation. Contact at each step was professional, efficient and helpful. Delivery was within the timeframe specified. High quality product, coupled with high quality installation and attention to detail. Old house plus bay windows meant installation was not straightforward but the end product was brilliant. We will return to get upstairs windows fitted with British made shutters
