At our initial survey Amaya made many helpful suggestions regarding our choice of shutters, and on our installation day we were most appreciative that Blaire took so much care in the fitting, and we are really pleased with the final result. We would gladly use these extremely professional women again.

We originally had shutters fitted on all our bedroom windows and the living room and had a blind fly screen combination on our bi-fold doors. At the time we didn’t think we needed a shutter in the bathroom but after seeing how beautiful the other windows looked needed to put that right. Blaire returned to fit a shutter to the bathroom and also a fly screen to the back door. Excellent service and so lovely having Blaire back and in true Shutter Tree style the service was impeccable. Really pleased with the result and we now have all windows dressed.

Blair and Ruby were amazing as they had to deal with a daft dog, a poorly me and builders! From start of the initial consultation to finish total professionalism from all the team. We had a broken blind that needed repair after using twice daily for 3 years. I was able to contact the shutter tree and speak to the amazing Amaya and Katie who organised the lovely Blaire to come and visit to collect and get it repaired within a few days. Amaya Reynolds and her team at The Shutter Tree did a fantastic job fitting my shutters. The whole process was smooth and professional, and the shutters look great. Since then, I did a bit of damage to some of my blinds, and the aftercare has been brilliant.

I really appreciate that it’s a female-led team. Blaire, who came to do the repairs, went above and beyond to get everything sorted. She was friendly, efficient and clearly takes pride in her work.

Excellent customer service both understanding requirements and through to installation. Ordered blackout blind for child’s bedroom and it is great, just what we needed. I was pleased with how quickly the blinds were delivered and also speed of installation on the day. I didn’t even notice the fitters in the house, very quiet and considerate.
