Difficult to design with the clunky tool
Delivery: Fast.
Customer Service/ Live chat response speed: Fast.
Design Service: Not helpful. The design provided for me was plain text. And the time I spent on writing requirements and change requests was enough for me to design twice. Had to design myself in the end.
Product: not the width I asked for, had to cut manually to fit into the glass. One corner was folded into the sticky side.

5 stars for many reasons
After several years we returned to this company to find our last banner advert. Their response and customer service was excellent. The banner offer - 3 for price of 2 - was great value, the banners arrived within days and the first one up has survived this last week of storms and strong winds! Would not go anywhere else for our banners and can thoroughly recommend.

Reasonably happy

Second times using The Sign Builder
Second time I've used The Sign Builder for my van signage. Online design tool was easy to use. Once order was placed they confirmed the design and I asked for a couple of changes. Arrived with everything as agreed. Easy to fit.

Perfect Custom-built Signs
Love my custom built Parking sign. The quality of the actual plaque is excellent and very hard wearing, and it looks EXACTLY as I designed it on the website.
