I didn't like the fact that money was deducted in my account just by subscribing because I understand subscribing is the same as signing up or registering in order to receive future promotions, where I can place an order and then you can deduct money after having placed an order. In this instance I didn't order any items. Thank you

The fact that they actually got back to my December email, and i have made it clear that i am cancelling the subscription and they promised to do so and refund me.

They are big scammers…be aware
Updates: Now this company flagged my true review as inappropriate and pushing through trustpilot to remove my review.so they can continue scamming the new customers.
My previous review was true as a direct victim of these scammers and if anybody wants proof I can show all emails correspondences and their way of scamming the people.
They are big fraud company they keeps you charging on the name of top up every week in the name of vip membership and credit top ups and they keeps charging your credit card without your approval..and they have partner scam website mystoregift dot com and the skinpower dot com do not provide your card details or fill any form..a big scam and they keep sending you support email and they will never refuns or send any order to your home address and they will keep cheating you till your bank is empty. DO not trust them and the reviews here or any platform are fake.
