Prompt delivery and plenty of delivery updates - looking forward to ordering again

I placed my order on Thursday and I was surprised to see that my items were delivered on Saturday. Very pleased with this purchase and would definitely be purchasing from them again.

Well packaged & delivered carefully

I placed an order two weeks ago and my parcel arrived with the courier on Monday 13 th June. They sent me a message to say it will be dispatched soon. Ever since then I have had a few more emails telling me there is a delay with it. Then I get another email saying the parcel he being processed. Then another one to say there is a delay! They have had my parcel for 12 days now. The courier asks you to contact the supplier if they have your parcel for longer than 7 days which I have done twice now a d had no reply! I did it through the Snack Chest website contact us form! There has been no reply and you can't even ring them as it's all voicemail. I just want my parcel or my money back and a bit of customer service. My son was about to place an order too but won't bother now and neither will I ever again.

I have had an email to say the parcel is now out for delivery. As I stated I sent emails to your contact us form as per your website. There must be something wrong with it if you can't find my forms. I put the order number etc so you could check my order for me.

The only negative comment is I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it, when I contacted them about it I heard nothing back.

Really good prices and fast delivery would recommend to family and friends

Fast shipping and happy with the products, but my box has arrived today and has chicken stock cube granules inside. The box and packets snell and I now have it all over my hands. Really strange!

Ordered a few sweets for my grand kids and they loved them. Super fast delivery too. Highly recommended. Have ordered again from them before writing this review.

Genuine site but be wary as they send out of date stock. I wouldn't mind if they made you aware and charged it at a discount but charging those prices for items which are over 6 months out of date is a rip off.
Customer service is also none existent so it's impossible to get your money back.

Great online site with lots of products listed for sale however many items, possibly over half listed, were out of stock. Shame really because most of the things I wanted to order had all sold out. Otherwise a good site with reasonable priced stock
