Very smooth transaction, ordered one day and received a call very next day asking when I wanted the items delivered. Delivery driver called to say he was on his way and would be 15 minutes, would highly recommend this company.

Initially bought a couple of two seater sofas from here which arrived within 3 days of placing the order. Very easy to put together and all unpacked and assembled in 15 minutes.

Ordered another pair a couple of weeks later for my mum, ordered on a Monday evening at 830pm and delivered the NEXT MORNING! Wow.

Can't fault these guys at all they seem to have their heads screwed on and that personal touch when it comes to customer service (on both occasions they called a few hours after order placed to discuss delivery options).

Delivery was flawless - was phoned the day before and again on the day with an expected arrival time. The 2 man team did a great job to carry and assemble the 2 sofas. Good 3 seater sofa at a very competitive price as well.

After an exhaustive search on the internet for a reasonably priced sofa, I was despairing of ever finding one that could be delivered earlier than a few weeks/months. Eventually I was fortunate to come across a company with old fashioned values of good customer service. I can highly recommend The Sofa King to the group. Not only did I buy a very reasonably priced sofa bed but the after sales service was amazing. Delivery was arranged within the week and they went out of their way to accommodate my delivery request of early morning arrival. They contacted me a couple of times to reassure me that my sofa was on its way. Again on a Saturday I was called by their dispatch team confirming the arrival of my sofa at 7am on the following Monday. On the morning of the delivery the driver called me to tell me where they were and when they would be arriving. Two extremely pleasant delivery men duly arrived and my sofa was delivered to my flat. Without any hesitation or request from me one of the delivery men helped me to put the sofa together. He was at all times extremely pleasant and helpful and again without prompting removed all of the packaging material into his van.
This is a company who should be proud of their workforce and who excel in the field of customer service. I certainly will be using them again in the future and can recommend them to you all.

Product came within 2 days and the actual footstool is good quality but very disappointed with the legs - they are black in colour but all were chipped and scratched.

Fantastic, personal and swift service. Really understood the specific requirements we had for a sofa bed in one of our Glamping tents, spent time discussing with me over the phone regarding quality and durability as we weren’t able to see it in the flesh prior to ordering.

I bought some velvet cotton fabric in a gorgeous rust colour to make cushion covers. The fabric is soft and washes well( I put a test piece in the wash).
The fabric is also available in other colours, and I selected 4 others samples to see if one of them would be a better match with my new sofa. The colours were lovely but I decided the rust was the best choice for me. I ordered more rust fabric, which arrived quickly, returned the samples and received a refund very quickly. All together good service and a quality product.

Amazing service and so pleased with my sofa. Buying a sofa online can be so difficult but this was a breeze. Ordered at 7.30pm on a Monday, received a call the next morning giving me a couple of options for delivery. Had my sofa by Friday morning. Delivery guys made sure i got it up to my 3rd floor flat.
Sofa is great and super comfy, bargain!
